This hotel is situated in a great location, steps from the Duomo. The rooms are very basic and clean. The bed is a bit hard. But the people that run this hotel are fabulous as is the location. It is also very secure. They also include a nice breakfast. Great hotel for basic accommodations at a reasonable price.

Hotel Europa has it all. Great location, excellent rooms and a fantastic staff. Hotel Europa is a short walk from the train station, close to the Duomo, leather market and walking distance to all. Upon arrival to this beautiful Florentine building you will have to take to elevator "lift" to the hotel which is located on the 2nd floor. This... More

So happy with our stay here! Miriam, Robert, Priscilla and Isabella and of course Mama were the BEST hosts! Our room was nice and clean (very good ac system) and spacious! We always were on the run and were able to make ourselves little mini sandwiches from the rolls, croissants and deli meats that were available for breakfast every morning!... More

Hotel is clean, the staff is great, breakfast was abundant. I have no complaints. The train station is right outside the hotel from where you can reach the center of Florence. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

Although only rated 2 stars by whoever rates hotels here, we thought this was one of the best hotels we'd stayed in as far as location, rooms, and service. I have stayed at the Westin here in Florence, and at other small hotels, but this hotel is right in the middle of everything; we opted for the Deluxe room and... More

Two friends and I stayed here for five nights. It was a delight to be so close to the duomo and central part of the city. We were made comfortable in this clean, pleasant room with immaculate bathroom and shower. Family owned, with notable history, we enjoyed breakfast, coffee brewed to our choice, and leisure time each morning. Wifi is... More

Hotel Europa is on the second floor of a 13th century building which is being remodeled. The Hotel was recently renovated and is more like a Bed & Breakfast because it is homey, comfortable, all on one floor, provides a Continental breakfast (with your preference of any kind of coffee or tea). The rooms are a comfortable size, quiet, very... More

We stayed an overnight and then a week later we stayed for 5 days. Miriam and Robert were charming and extremely attentive and made us feel at home. The breakfast each morning was tasty and the freshly brewed cappuccinos or American coffee were excellent. The hotel is centrally located and most sights were within easy walking distance. The room was... More

Charming hotel with excellent service. This was my second stay here. First time I was a single female solo traveller ... This time I went back with my husband. We attended a very lavish wedding at the Four Seasons in Florence and chose to stay here for the excellent service, location and price. Family run by a beautiful king family.... More

We stayed in Florence for only one night. But we feel very lucky that we have chosen this hotel. Perfect location, clean room, very quiet, good breakfast & wifi, excellent customer service, make us feel like home.
