Absolutely amazing! Since we were celebrating a special anniversary we were upgradet to a suite. This luxury deluxe suite with view of Florence was confortable, spacious and very well appointed. I think that after having visited hundreds of hotels all around the world this beats them all....besides the position which is absolutely unique, you get to see all Firenze from the hotel, the service, the staff and the restaurant are way over the top. We will definitely be back soon. more
