Although the hotel is on the other side of the Arno river, it is still within walking distance of the main attractions in Florence. If you prefer to stay away from the bustling touristy areas and crowds, you will not go wrong picking this hotel. The entrance to the hotel is located between two restaurants and was a bit hard... Wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in July. The hotel looks like it's somewhat out of the way, but it's actually very convenient to all the sights. It's also far enough away that it was quiet every night, but it could have been just our room. The hotel entrance was hard to find, located between two restaurants. The... More

This hotel is located along the river and is a good walking distance from the major Florence attractions. The room was spacious and well kept. The staff was helpful and breakfast was good. It is not the quietest hotel because there's an outdoor restaurant below and traffic along the river.

This cozy hotel is conveniently located in walking distance from the heart of Florence. Run by a Family who cares for guests and offers good hospitality. Needless to say it has the look of a Bed & Breakfast but provided with services of a hotel (concierge). We were given a wide triple room under the roof. Really nice for short... More

Conveniently located, very nice and clean hotel. We could breathe the real atmosphere of traditional living in Florence. The staff is incredibile friendly. Breakfast could be better (maybe not too much choice). If you travel by car either you are lucky and finds a parking in front of the hotel (but I cannot remember the rates) or you can leave... More

We stayed here in May, Marco made some reservation for us before we arrived ..The location was lovely and our room was quiet. We stayed in the room on the first floor and loved it! Spacious, clean, cute! The views from the top are Amazing and breakfast was perfect.

We only had two days in Florence, not enough time, so much to see. We spent a whole day at the museums. Great central hotel easy to walk to main attractions. The staff were helpful and supplied gluten free options at breakfast.

An ideal location to use as abase to see Florence. Everything is within an easy walk but it is off the tourist trap. There are so me great restaurants behind. Our room had no real view, but then who comes to a hotel to look out of the window? A few comments though, it's on the first floor and no... More

This hotel was great for its personable and helpful staff. I was traveling on my own and stayed there 2 nights for business and found my room was clean and satisfactory. Some observations, my particular room was small and off the main corridor. The night front desk person played the television at high volume. I did not have a view... More

Decent venue and price. A little noise from the corridor but clean and satisfactory, It was nice to be away from the immediate centre and to try new restaurants we wouldn't have visited otherwise. A good option for visitors
