The hotel we originally booked did not have our room ready yet so they sent us to what they called their “sister hotel – Soggiorno Sogna.” We stayed there one night – an average hotel with an uncomfortable bed and dingy atmosphere, then returned to our regular hotel.. That night I got lost, could not find our hotel and didn’t... More

Dear guest, I remember you very well. First of all, you were not staying anymore in our hotel, but at bed and breakfast antica posta. I remember that I came in the morning t the reception. The cleaning lady opened you. First of all, I didn't know you when you arrived the first day. I remember that I saw a... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, easy walking distance to the city centre. The owners are very friendly and the included breakfast is simple help yourself but nice and adequate. Our room faced the street and was noisy but not unbearable. The room was very clean and the pictures on trip advisor do not do this tidy little place justice. Definitely... More

Very nice and cosy place to stay. Staff is very friendly. Room was clean enough. 15 minutes walk from city center -very convenient location. Breakfast was rather poor but you can use kitchen for your own needs - we used to buy some food in the city center and had supper in the kitchen. Only one minus - holes in... More

This is a bouquet hotel near Florence station and central tourist area, by walking about 15 mins or by bus No. 22. Our room is very basic, at lack of any facility, not even a mug. The room is facing street on 1st floor above ground floor. very noise from the traffic. We travelled in October so the price is... More

This place is value for money compared to rest of florence which can be bit pricey. It's with in walking distance of main attractions. We walked everywhere in Florence which great way to see city. The staff where very friendly and helpful with information about Florence. The rooms are clean. Our room had a balcony with was nice.

Very nice and well placed B&B in Florence, just 5 minutes walking to Santa Maria Novella Train Station, and 10 min. walking to the city center. The people there are nice and friendly! Qualy/Price very good! Very clean and well kept! I suggest to use this B&B, and.... You are in FLORENCE!

I have been in the hotel Sogna FIrenze with my friend in october. The hotel was very nice, clean, cozy. The cleaning lady Daniela - very polite and gentle, the guys at the reception gave all the useful information to explore the city. The rooms are large, with antique furniture, every room has their style. The breakfast can be served... More

This was a little jewel in a big city! Francesco and all of the staff I met were friendly, courteous and very helpful. My room was comfortable and had a private full bath, very convenient. It was a good value, very reasonably priced. The attendant at breakfast was so nice and she showed me how to work the coffee machine.... More

Nice and helpful staff, however upon our arrival they left a note with a drawn map on the entrance door notifying us that we had been moved to another hotel just a few blocks away. So we missed breakfast the next morning. But overall our stay was good and the coffee machine gives this hotel a plus.

This was really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Price of the room included breakfast (typical Italian B&B breakfast with coffee, cornettos, and nutella). The hotel is a bit far from all of the attractions (but there is a really good bus connections), though it's close to the train station. Only minus was noise from the street. First night we... More
