Spent 4 nights here late September , easy walk from the station and close to main Florence attractions . The reception staff were welcoming and booked tickets for David . Plenty of good restaurants and shops near by . Nice quiet room with a view over back garden . Good size room with ample bathroom . The breakfast was ok... More

I spent a week in this hotel and enjoyed it very much. I like small family hotels with personal touch. From the first moment I was treated with care. When I arrived I had some small problems with electricity and Guiseppe did his best to help me. He was very helpful during all my stay. The lady who prepared capuccino... More

Since 2005 my husband and I have always made a point to stay here every time we visit Florence. The hotel and the staff feel like family to us. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the center of the city across of a quiet park and is within walking distance of the train station and all the major... More

We had a fantastic view from our room (once we asked to be upgraded) of the Duomo and the city. We were surprised how close everything is in Florence, and this hotel made that possible. Breakfast was great, staff was so friendly, and we even got to eat on the patio one day when it wasn't misting. If you love... More

The hotels location is ideal, close to centre and railway station. Room was small but clean and sufficient. It is good value. The breakfast were very good. Not a lot of time in the room anyway because so much to see. We did have issues with the guests in the next room, the walls are very thin and constant all... More

I stayed here 5 nights in June. The hotel is located just north of the core old city, so is likely to be just off the map presented by most guidebooks on Florence. However, it is very convenient to walk to the main station with cases and it a relatively short walk into the heart of the city. I booked... More

Pros: This hotel is within blocks or walking distance of the most important city center attractions, restaurants, and transportation center (blocks from the train station). The room was small by American standards, but about average for a city center hotel in Europe. The hotel served a very nice Continental breakfast and had a pleasant lobby with a tiny bar and... A very good hotel which I’m giving five stars since it met my expectations, is great value, and is well located. It is clean, comfortable, and professional. The staff is small but very friendly and helpful. They speak English very well. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of great stuff, cappuccinos, fruit, cold cuts, pastries, etc. No hot food but I... This seemed more like a 2 star than a 3 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the rooms were small, the shower was tiny and the beds were uncomfortable. The location was handy, very close to the train station, but I would not recommend this hotel overall.
