The hotel is located in city centre 10 minutes walk from Duomo and quite convenient. The room size in the hotel is all different so one I booked was half the size of the other one. It can get very cold in the night in the room. It is equipped with simple items. Breakfast are included which has varieties of... More

The hotel is in a very old building, but the rooms are clean and it met our needs. All the staff are very nice, and most of them speak English. Easy 10 minute walk into town. Definitely ask for a room that overlooks the park, with a view of the Duomo. The bathroom is compact yet functional, though oddly the... More

My mom (65 years old) sister (late 20's) and I all stayed at this hotel in Sep 2013, and fit all of our travel needs. It was small and not fancy, but very clean. Daily breakfast was very accomidating and good. The owners were very very nice and made us feel at home. The room was basic and a quick... More

Hotel Andrea offered a good price for a two night stay so we decided to book it for the weekend. Its a 7 minute walk from the train station. Building looks old from outside. The first two floors are vacant and the hotel is on the third floor. We got a matrimonial room which in pictures seemed ok, but once... More

Compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel is a bit farther from the Novella train station and the Duomo. It's a 5 min. walk before you can get to the nearest store or restaurant. The place is also kinda old and it shows with the room's layout. There is an A/C unit in the room but you're not... More

We stayed here during a short family trip to Florence in October 2013. We booked the family room, which has two rooms, one with a full size bed, the other with two twin beds. It also has a small balcony. Florence was unseasonably hot for that time of year, so the air conditioning had already been turned off for the... More

This hotel felt more like a bed and breakfast. The kindness of the staff was amazing. I would stay here again in a heart beat! I was traveling with friends and it was perfect but if you were family or traveling as a couple it would be even better. Its quiet, safe, and just perfect. Everyone should stay here!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful little hotel for 3 nights in the last week of September. We arrived in Florence by train and had little difficulty finding it, about a 10 minute walk from the train station. (I had downloaded a map with instructions from Google maps.) The hotel is on the 3rd and 4th floors of... More

Our room looked nothing like those on the hotel's website. It was tiny, two people could not walk around the bed at once. The bathroom was tiny, the furniture needed to be thrown out, walls need cleaning and re-painting, old bed cover. It was not "classic style", just run down. We felt we'd been given the worst room in the... More

Ease to find: The hotel was not difficult to find due to having GPS, however it is not marked by a large sign out side like most. There is a smaller sign on the wall near the buzzer. To get access just press the buzzer button and you will be let in. Check-in process: Check in was simple and quick... More
