We were generally impressed with the hotel, especially given the price - room was a decent size, breakfast was good and had a range of options (including several delicious pastries), and the hotel is in a great location; less than 5 minutes walk from the station, around the corner from a good sized shop, and only 10 minutes walk to... We lived the location of this hotel which is 3 mins away from the main train station and easy to walk to all the sights. The room is basic, clean and comfortable with private baths. The breakfast included was excellent - continental. The staff were helpful. We would definitely come back and stay Jo and kevin Australia 12/10-14/10 2015

This is only hotel in Italy that i stayed that is walking distance from all the major tourist attractions. The hotel is on the second floor, the elevator to the 2nd floor is ancient (grilled gate with wooden doors). The hotel room is small and the bed just fits into the room. The breakfast is good. The staffs are very... More

This Hotel is located walking distance to the SM Florence Train station. This is the place where we never had to take a Bus or taxi to reach all touristy spot we planned to visit. The Hotel itself seemed like very old but nicely kept. My 7 yr old son loved the old style elevators and enjoyed operating the manual... More

All things we love in a hotel! We paid about £450 for just over a week in mid September and had a large room (125) with big comfy bed, table and chairs and two large windows, one with pretty stained glass. It had working air con and the bathroom was very modern and spotlessly cleaned every day. The sheets and... More

The hotel is located very close to the train station which was a huge plus! There are restaurants and fast food places to grab a bite to eat nearby as well. It is also close to a 99 cent store and a supermarket, so you can stock up on liquids. We were excited that the hotel is also near not... More

Location is very good, close to the main railway station and within walking distance from downtown. The rate quality/price is very good (please consider you are in Florence). Staff is extremely gentle, rooms are hold fashion but good, not noisy. Breakfast good enough. Advisable for a 3-star level

A good clean hotel on the second floor of building situated hardly a minute away from the Railway station. The lovely old but efficiently working elevator brought back pleasant childhood memories. We had 2 nights here, 16th & 17th May 2015. So convenient to the S.M.N. Railway Station and Mirko and his mother, Anna, made our Mother and Daughter stay very enjoyable. Lovely room and very good value.

It's a good hotel on the second floor with an elevator and a stones throw away from the train station but in a quiet clean street. The staff is friendly and they have all the amenities we needed. The duomo is just a 10 minute walk. The hotel is nice and clean and the room and bathroom was spacious enough... More
