The staff was very friendly and gave us some suggestions. The room had a balcony and was confortable. The shower was not working very well, but we did not complain. If you don´t mind walk (15 min from Duomo), this is a good place to stay. more

This hotel was clean and modern and provided a cool space to relax in the heat of the cultral fireworks of Florence. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast ample. My 13 year yer old appreciated the PC, the gym, the snooker and the rooftop golf. more

We stayed five nights and enjoyed every minute--the room and bathroom were lovely, modern, and clean and the housekeeping impeccable.The beds were comfortable and cool. Very substantial breakfast.
