The hotel is located perfectly for a short trip to Florence. A 15 min walk from the train station and within walking distance of the major attractions - the Cathedral, Ponte Vecchio, etc. It is right ina the middle of a bustling shopping district as well so food options are abundant. The hotel rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is... More

I picked this hotel because it was close to the train station as I was travelling by train with my friends. It is tiny room with 3 beds, you can hardly open the suitcase. Shower booth is hard to turn around without hitting wall as it is so tiny. WIFI is very poor connection. Worst of all, the last day... More

This hotel was the only bad thing about my visit to Florence. I arrived on a Saturday night and they told me that the AC wouldnt work as it is a rule in Italy to not operate AC in rooms until its too hot. We reached our room and opened the windows for some fresh air, and it was extremely... More

Hotel is very old and needs general renovation. The rooms has awful smell - almost all the time I had to cover nose. Bathroom is so disgusting - you do not want to touch anywhere. My family had two rooms there - one of them has no posibility to open the window and the blinds - it was fended off... More

Stayed here with a group and we were well catered for. Good clean rooms and very helpful staff. The lounge area was very comfortable if you wanted just to sit and read or have a quiet place to read emails. Breakfast was quite substantial and very fresh. Noise was as expected in any central location at night, which was fine.... More

This hotel is situated near the train station and within walking distance of most of the main tourist attractions in Florence. We were on foot and could not vouch for car parking, but it looked limited. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for persons spending most of their time out in the city. The staff is excellent. This was... More

This small hotel is in the ideal location for walks, shopping and historic sites as well as being near to the station. The staff are very helpful and rooms immaculate. You can also buy drinks from reception at sensible prices. Howvever there is a flight of stairs to reception and if you have a front room the traffic noise is... More

Small hotel but entering is like entering Dr Who's tardis. Up the narrow stairs and the small lobby with a web of corridors leading to very clean nice bedrooms. Breakfast is in the converted cellar and very quaint. Very short walk from main train station and the same from the Duomo, cathedral, and all other central sights. Very pleasant staff.

A central and charming hotel in the heart of the old city of Florence. Rooms were clean, quite big and looked out over the busy street. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was lacking a bit but it gave you everything you needed to make it through to lunch. I would definitely visit this hotel again!

First off - location is excellent and very convenient if arriving at the train station and also for walking to the Duomo and other sights. Very helpful staff at reception and we were able to leave our bags there after checking out. Room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable. Only downside was that the breakfast was a bit disappointing.... More
