If you're a traveler and not a tourist, this is the place for you! I couldn't believe how inexpensive this hotel was, and I was a little nervous about sharing a bathroom…but when we left, I couldn't believe we had paid so little for so much charm! First of all, the hotel is super easy to get to. It's about... More

This hotel was great. We were travelling as a couple so it was great to relax on the patio and talk to other travelers at night. We went out with some other people staying there that we had met. The rooms were good and the coffee machine was excellent. Carmel and Pino were great. Even when they had o let... More

The B&B was perfectly located on a quiet road very near the train station and in short walking distance to all of the wonderful sites in Florence. Pino and Carmel were wonderful hosts, very pleasant and caring. The room was perfect for us and we had no troubles with the shared bath and shared showers. The terrace was enjoyable in... More

The hotel is an eclectic 10 room facility that is a 15 minute walk from the Florence train station (with bags). The rooms are clean, functional and worth the nightly fee. A/C is available for an additional fee. Noise seems to carry so if you need you're peace and quiet - Italy probably isn't for you. There's a nice courtyard... More

One of the best parts about this hotel was the owners Carmel and Pino! They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable we didn't want to leave! Our room was #5 with a window facing the street. Didn't have any problem with noise. The room was HUGE, charming and had a nice private bathroom. We took advantage of the terrace... More

From beginning to end Carmel and Pino could not have been more gracious! Lovely room right on the terrace. Perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine and conversation. Rooms were spotless and lots of amenities, including coffee maker, small fridge and hair dryer. Location is close to major sights, and local restaurants and Mercado Centrale! Highly... More

We found the rooms on terrace to be good size and the private bath quite nice, a clean facility. A downside to the lodging is the overall noise that you experience as the doors are old and thin. Having a set of doors onto the terrace is nice but if you keep early hours you may not be able to... More

I have stayed in this hotel several times, This March I was there for 4 days by myself. I felt very welcomed & comfortable. The location is perfect; an easy walk from the train station, close to Mercato Centrale & all the sites, but on a relatively quiet street. My room was on the street side but very little annoying... I stayed here for about a week and couldn't have been happier with the choice. Its a great hotel for what I needed. The room I had was kind of small as was the bed, but I really had no issue with that. Others may find that to be an inconvenience. The location is perfect, you can walk anywhere from... More
