We were there for 5 nights and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Our luggage got lost and they helped us to track it down, the staff were all warm and friendly and it was lovely and peaceful in the well maintained back garden. The tour we requested was organised for us as was... More

Everything they promise in the description they fully deliver. The location is perfect, very close to everything in The rooms are clean and room service comes daily. Breakfast is also one of the best we had in italy (they have more than just croissants).

The photos are accurate- this is a great option on the other side of the Arno. Rooms were big and bathrooms spotless. Felt like staying in a museum. Bed was comfortable and was quiet even though it's right on the piazza. Fun area to explore as well.

Our stay was positive, but certainly a basic budget option. The rooms were clean and good sized. We knew there wasn't air conditioning, but for travel in June this means balancing leaving the windows open for air and having a lot of noise be below at night (and bugs) with closed windows for quiet but stuffy. View was great from... More

We arrived by car and parked in the private area through the gardens of the walled garden. After checking in we made our way up the spectacular stairwell to the second floor (there was a lift available) to our sparse and simple but quaint room. Breakfast was plentiful although there did seem to be a constant que for the coffee... More

Unique Accommodation option in fabulous Oltrarno.Clean Room,Friendly helpful staff, Great breakfast. As mentioned some rooms ( we were in No7) have a separate private bathroom a few steps away from the room. Wi fi is better on the ground floor. The gardens were a delight, a wonderful respite from the bustle of Florence. Noise can be an issue if your... More

We spent four nights here with a group of friends. The location was perfect, easy walk to everything you need to experience in Florence. Great staff, very helpful and approachable. The whole building had a sense of history and captured something of the culture of the city. One slight negative was that some of the rooms had a 'separate' en-suite... More

Recently stayed in Casa Santo Nome di Gesu. location was excellent, being close to main attractions, but in a quiet area of the city. Walking distance to station, Duomo, Uffizi, but there is also a bus stop just round the corner from main entrance. we were a family of 5, and it is not always easy to find a big... More

The accommodation is an interesting building, an old monastery, which is conveniently close to all main tourist attractions of Florence. I stayed for 4 nights in a good size 3-bed room that was very clean and quiet(with windows to the back of the building). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is well presented, tasty and plentiful. There is... More
