This "hotel" is extremely old and outdated. The "500" meter walk to the real hotel is more like 1/4 mile amongst hundreds of people while dragging your luggage. The noise is unbearable for street side rooms. Despite the view of the duomo the cons far outweigh the pros!! Don't waste your money staying here. The hassles aren't worth it. Not...

This is a B&B located right in the center of Florence, It is located on the 3rd Floor of a building, there is a small sign on the door that mentions the B&B, you have to access the building and take elevator to 3rd floor were you'll find check in counter and breakfast room. At check in they would give...

When i booked this hotel i was made aware that the only rooms available were the small double rooms that overlooked the very quiet courtyard with the bathroom next door but for my sole use. The room was exactly as described small but big enough for 2 adults. The rooms were furnished with beautiful soft furnishings. Beautful high ceilings with...

the hotel was excellently situated, in the heart of florence, right next to the duomo, walking distance from a lot of the main attractions. the staff that received us was very friendly and helpful. the room was very spacious, decorated in a period style, with huge windows from which we could watch the street life below. we got clean towels...

Palazzo Ruspoli was literally kitty-corner from the huge Duomo in Florence. Although you may find it odd to have to go up one floor to find the reception, this is actually quite common in Florence. I should note, though, that this isn't a full service hotel. The reception is only there part of the day, but while they are there,...

We stayed at this place for 3 days until June 30.
Upon our arrival at noon, the doors where closed so we tried to convince a reception at their sister hotel to come and let us leave our luggage. That was almost the only success we had at this place.
The web...

Oh my god - the smell. I have been a student in a shared house with lads, I have cleared blocked drains in summer, I have even accidentally dug up a dead dog once that had been buried in a black bin bag, nothing comes close to this smell. They were trying to fix it, but the tired and dusty...

Dear Sirs,
We deeply regret learning your stay in the Palazzo Ruspoli has not been satifactory.
The Palazzo Ruspoli in located, as the name says, in an antique palace which once used to be owned by the Ruspoli family.
Throughout the years the building has been renewed and adapted to todays needs, and turned into a comfortable Hotel offering its...

Palazzo Ruspoli is very conveniently located right in the heart of Florence. We had a view of the Duomo from our room. It is about 10 minute walk from the train station. There are only 19 rooms, so it is very quiet in the evenings. We saw other customers during breakfast, but otherwise we rarely saw anybody else. The drawback...

The hotel is GREAT! in all the ways, location, quality, service.
It is a perfect choice to spend a few days in Florence. I booked a twin room through Easy Click Travel for 91 € with breakfast included.
It is not a proper hotel but a bed and breakfast, but this is only notice because the reception is only open...
