This hotel is a great location so close to the Florence markets that you can make your purchases and drop them back to the the hotel. We drove to Florence and parked at a garage (San Antonino) about 30m from Globus. Location was excellent - within its vicinity were lots of restaurants, the flea market, mini-marts, food shops, even a laundrette, and of course close to the Duomo and Academia Gallery.
