Me & my partner went to stay here and I can't fault them. They changed our room around so that we could have a double bed. When we got there we were very pleased with the amazing central location & the gent behind the desk (one in particular who was on at night) was really really helpful & would do... More

As another reviewer remarked - the website is very flattering. Good points - location, reception staff, neutral decoration, free afternoon coffee/aperitif. My bedroom was very small but bed was very comfy and bathroom good. TV poor. Loved rooftop view from room and the street sounds lulled me to sleep. But ...£157 - way too expensive. A pity as it was... More

Stayed there for one night which was very pleasant. The friendly staff gave good recommendations, the breakfast was good and the room was nice. There is no elevator from the ground floor to the 1st floor lobby, and also the elevator between the floors is a bit weird, but the staff helped out with early check-in and handled our luggage... Not the fanciest room but definitely got the job done. Very nice breakfast and enjoyed the wine and snacks at happy hour each day. Wifi worked well, laundromat just a minute away, and quick walk to the train station and all attractions in Florence. The nearby restaurant La Padellaccia had great homecooked food in a cute courtyard setting. If you... More

Had a single room here for six nights. The single bed was wider than an American single bed but not as wide as a double bed. A/C was not working in the 3rd floor room I was originally shown but I was promptly moved to a room on the first floor where there was no problem with the A/C, This... More

Stayed for 5 nights in a superior double which was spacious by Italian standards. Very friendly welcome with good restaurant recommendations from the duty manager. Very close to train station and the main sights. Would definitely stay here again. This is a good 3 star hotel which is good value for Florence - do not expect 5 star service. Breakfast... More

We looked at the the good reviews on tripadvisor and booked a 3 night stay here. The staff was good but the hotel room we got was horrible. As per the listing on orbits we booked a room with a double bed or 2 twin beds. When got room 303, - For $150 a night i think it was a... More

This was an excellent hotel for the price we paid with amazing service. Honestly, I must say that the people that work the front desk are excellent at making sure your stay meets (and exceeds) your expectations. The room was clean, albeit a little small (which is what we were expecting). It was walking distance to all the major Florence... More

(Pardon the spelling as i'm using the app to type this) It's a short walk from the main train station and bus terminal on a pedestrain street. Was also right round the corner from the Duomo and we managed to walk to most sights from Globus. We stayed in a room on the highest level which overlooked a church bell... More

By all accounts, this should be a real find and a steal. Proves you get what you pay for. We were happy to book a hotel with modern decor after staying in many old world rooms around Umbria. POSITIVES- location is excellent, self- laundry on same street, breakfast room with a nice employee, free Happy Hour, spacious bathroom, great staff.... More
