We stayed at this property recently, this property is quite close -5 min walk from train station. Breakfast though not elaborate but quite decent. We stayed in quadruple room.. Nice beds - good showers.. Only drawback is elevator is in second floor..

Stayed for 6 nights. Got a good deal. A very nice boutique hotel in Florence close to the main Santa Maria Novella train station. A few minutes walk to the Duomo. Excellent service from the very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast (no cooked items but that was good for me!). very helpful when I had lost bag problems. Being... More

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and really walkable to a lot of the sights. It's located in what appears to be the chinatown of the area. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs that's always packed. The supermarket is minutes away. The rooms are clean and big. The breakfast is decent. The staff is friendly and... More

Dear Newchrono, thank you for sharing your experience. We are happy you appreciated our staff, our particularly central location in one of the older and historical quarters, just near the San Lorenzo leather market and the new Mercato Centrale, ideal location for tasting typical italian and local food. In this area you can also find some ethnic restaurants that add... More

This hotel was small, but the rooms were sufficient for our three night stay. The beds are firm, which we prefer. The staff was super friendly and spoke English pretty well. The complimentary breakfast was more than enough to get us thru to lunch. WiFi worked very well. We would most definitely stay here again! Beware, there are stairs to... More

This was a good hotel to serve as a base for exploring Florence. The room was very small, typical of a low priced European hotel, but the room was clean, with a good bathroom, TV set, and fast Internet connection. The staff was uniformly friendly and the breakfast was simple but good. The best part of the hotel was it's... More

The hotel is one floor up, so if you have heavy bags you need to consider that. However the staff at the top of the stairs are uniformly great, friendly, cheery and amusingly wry about showing you how to work the curious lift. The room I had was tiny and really noisy. I had been walking for hours so was... More

For the value (we did the nonrefundable payment option), this was a wonderful hotel. Three stars, excellent service, and a great breakfast: fresh croissants, coffee, bread, bars, eggs, ham, cheese, cereal, pastries, juice. They welcome you so kindly when you arrive weary from travel and speak multiple languages, as we had occasion to hear, beautifully. The walls were thin as... More

The service was wonderful, the hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located near the train station. We stayed in a small room with 2 twin beds. Even with all my daughter's possessions after living in Florence for 4 months, we were able to fit in the room. I would stay again.

The hotel is in a brilliant location an easy 10 minute walk from the train station. It is near many beautiful attractions and good restaurants. The leather market is just down the street and is interesting, too. The rooms are comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.m I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is well situated, 5-15 minute walk to almost every major attraction. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, but unfortunately, the accommodation was not good. For the price, the rooms were very small, but that was not a major issue. My main issue was the cleanliness. Under the bed, in the corners, etc, it was all very dusty.... More

Dear Hai C, first of all let me thank you for taking the time to express your ideas and experience. Me and all the staff are deeply sorry you were not happy with the cleanliness of the room especially because this is one of our top skills ( as you can read in previous and next reviews). I wish you... More
