Our stay at the Hotel Panama was fabulous. Ideally placed (away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Florence) but still within easy walking distance. Great staff with excellent customer service, particularly Julia on reception. The bedrooms were spacious with well appointed bathrooms. The Hotel Panama is a great boutique property with an excellent staff. If you need wireless internet, be sure to ask for a room in the main part of the hotel as the signal is weak in the annex building. There is a complimentary iMac available for guest use, however, it needs free software updates from Apple and Adobe installed... more

we stayed in this hotel for weekend. hotel is very nice and clean. very close to city center. we walked every day to downtown of Florence. rooms are clean, there is free wifi ( this is very important, cause not all hotel have wifi in Italy). breakfast is good, but could be bigger. i guess Italians do not eat much... more

It looks like a family run boutique hotel. I stayed there on a tourist visit in Florence. The hotel is located in little bit offbeat area of Florence.
