Hotel is in a good location...with the city centre and train station within 15mins walking. The hotel should improve on cleanliness....felt cold at night so I got a blanket from the wardrobe..and the blanket was smelling of urine! Breakfast is very basic and not worth the €5. Didn't have a kettle for making tea

It was our first time in Florence, we were a bit worried of where we would pop up for a 2 night stay. But after our fast and efficient check in, we realized that we made a very good choice for the hotel. The front desk manager was super friendly and very generous with tourist information on Florence. He also... More

A quaint little hotel just a little out of the main city centre but close enough to walk to, it is also accessible by buses, the number 12 and 13 stops just down the road, less than 2 minutes’ walk which connects you to the main train station. The number 13 bus also takes you to Piazzale Michelangelo. Location wise... More

A great location not from from the city center. The staff was professional and helpful with every request. The night manager Roberto called us a cab in the early morning hours and waited with us till it came. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence who wants a hotel that is family run, professionally staffed, quiet location... More

The room smelled very bad, but that wasn't the worst thing, would have been nice if we we we were warned about the mosquitos by the front desk lady when we checked in, apparently there is a mosquito little machine in the room, which we didn't use the first night, after having a hundred bites I went to the front... Well, what to say about Hotel Panama in Florence. We booked six nights via booking.com for about 130 Euro per night. We stayed here in september 2014, but we were absolutely not satisfied. Our first night was in room 404 which was very warm and humid, the airco does not function properly and we had no window with fresh air.... More

We stayed in a hotel in the centre before going to Chianti for a week. We then stayed in Hotel Panama on the last night of our holiday. It is in a quiet residential area about a 15 minute walk to the centre and we much preferred staying here. It is a family run hotel and you immediately feel welcome... More

Stayed here while finishing our holiday. The hotel is charming, well-run, a little gem, where we will stay again. A small problem with our air-conditioning was solved and sorted, by the owner in 25 minutes while we sat on our terrrace and had a glass of rose. Lovely breakfast, on the terrace in the courtyard. You are about 15 minutes... More

We stayed at this hotel for five nights during a very hot spell in Florence. It is located on the fringes of the centre, about fifteen minute walk from the main train station and attractions. The hotel needs some attention - it looks like the basic decoration - paint/wallpapering hasn't happened for a bit too long - this is an... More

This is a lovely little hotel in Florence. I stayed here when I visited Florence for a conference at Firenze Fiera, and was within a 15 min walk of the conference. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, and the single room was small, but bigger than I expected and had everything I needed for my stay. It is... More
