The hotel was very quaint, only 12 rooms, minutes from the Duomo. Our room was spacious for European hotels, very clean and comfortable. The service from the staff was great - assisted with Museum reservations, dinner reservations/suggestions, and tour options. Our only regret is we stayed only 2 nights. Nice property in the very center of attractions, reasonably priced and well maintained. We found friendly staff, but outside door propped opened frequently. We had a sum of money stolen from our room overnight (inside job?). Per Florence police, they have already had similar report from this hotel. No safe for valuables available here. more
