The property is a bit off from Old Florence but is very serene and quiet. Good for people who want to be away from the hustle and bustle. We stayed in a triple room and the room was decent enough. However it is not exactly 4-star standard. Positives - Spacious rooms, modern toilet, decent breakfast. Negatives:- No wi-fi in the... More

Located a fair way from the sights of Florence, and even further from the station. Room was basic but clean, however it smelt like stale cigarettes and was freezing. Highlight was definitely breakfast, which was great. Wouldn't stay here again

Just back from a 3 night stay here. Staff very helpful, room very clean. Hotel very quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the centre of town. We enjoyed the walk of about 15mins into heart of Florence but bus service also very good. Breakfast adequate and drinks available reasonably priced throughout the day via reception to enjoy... More

Room was very clean and comfortable. A bit of a walk to the sites or a $15-$20 cab ride. Breakfast was great with individually made cappuccinos. Front desk very helpful with dinner and things to do suggestions.

We arrived at this hotel directly from the airport, after traveling from Michigan for 20 hours or so. The hotel staff was friendly, lent us umbrellas as it was raining. The room was large, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast (included) was amazing: cheeses and meats, pastries, juices, cereal, and custom made cappuccino! We were in a... More

We were on a short break to celebrate a wedding anniversary and aprt from location couldn't have chosen a better hotel in which to spend our time in Florence. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing we requested seemed to much trouble. We were about 15/20 mins walk from the town center but in some ways this added... More

I agree with other reviews that this is not a 4 Star hotel, by British standards it is definitely a 3 star. However, they aren't exactly charging a fortune so - you get what you pay for. This hotel is clean, we had a spacious room and the bathroom did a job. There are no frills here, but if that's... More

We stayed here for 2 nights from the 28th to the 30th of May 2014 in room 516. The location is great and it's only a ten minute walk to the heart of Florence. If you didn't want to make the walk there are a few restaurants nearby that looked nice enough. The staff were courteous and friendly however this... More

We stayed in this hotel for two days. Its is pretty much at the centre of the city. We walked all around Florence. Sort of felt that Florence is best experienced on foot. The breakfast buffet is just ok. The rooms were sufficiently big. We stayed in the annexe building. The reception staff was helpful with directions.

When I arrived I was shown to a room out the back. It looked like the cleaners accommodation. It was clean but no safe, no tissues, the drains blocked up and what looked like sewerage came out of the basin. The manager promised to move me next day which he did. There was no hot water for a shower for... More
