Fabulous apartment, scrupulously clean and wonderfully decorated. Ilenia met us when we arrived and was very pleasant and helpful. It's centrally located, within short walking distance to all the main places of interest, 5 mins from Ufizzi and Ponte Veccio. There was a bottle of Chianti for us on arrival which was a really pleasant touch... and there's a roll-top... More

We arrived even earlier than we had stated (10am instead of 11am) and ended up waiting for the women to arrive. She was very apologetic even though she was doing us the favor of allowing us to leave our bags before the normal check-in time. After we came back, we found the room to be immaculate and even larger than... More

Corte dei Neri is very central. It has 3 different suites kept and cleaned to a very high standard. The bed was huge and first class. We had a TV, wifi and a kitchenette with fridge, and kettle (no cooking facilities). Bottle of wine, beers and soft drinks (free/included) in the fridge, Towels changed daily when the suite was cleaned. Lots... More

We went there because of all the good reviews, however it was a nightmare. The girl in charge was very unprofessional- she was drunk and after checking us in she went right outside the hotel to keep on drinking. The sheets of all four beds were DIRTY from the last guests, it was disgusting. Also, the parking service that the... More

loved our stay in Corte de neri, wonderful appartment, really clean and comfy. The decorations are so beautiful. The location was perfect, the street it self was loaded with cute places to have a drink at or a sandwich and the ice cream store next to it was really good. Il facione a restaurant Doccio, the manager recoomended was perfect.... More

This was a delightful hotel in an old Italian building from the 1700's (?). It seemed like a palace to us, but so much of Florence is unique and beautiful so maybe it was just the norm! Our suite comprised a small living area, private bath, and a sleeping room loft. The whole unit had been recently remodelled and was... More

Second time staying here but had to review again as it made such an impression. We stayed in the sumptuous Cacciaguida room for three nights at new year, it is such a beautiful and spacious room, with roll top bath and massive bed, high ceiling and wonderful large windows looking out onto the street. The owner Duccio remembered us from... More

Perfect location within walking distance of all major attractions, only a 5 minute walk to the Ponte Vechhio and to the Piazza Signoria. The pictures do not do the rooms justice, ours was spacious, with plenty of storage, huge windows with shutters and stone floors. The room was split level and we liked the italian style. Nice extra touch was complimentary... More

This room was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The location is great, the apartment is AMAZING and the service is perfect. Let me start by saying that is the best bathtub! The apartment is furnished in an opulent baroque style which added to the ambiance of the stay. Florence was a fabulous city and Duccio was... More

We stayed at the Corte dei Neri for 4 night's it’s was absolutely stunning! The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The location is ideal right in the centre for all the attractions with lots of little café bars close by & great restaurants. On arrival the fridge was stocked with complementary soft drinks and a bottle... More
