First thing to say is that this is not a hotel but rooms in an apartment block, but do not let this put you off at all as this was better than a hotel. The owner David asks you to let him know your arrival time and is there to personally meet you, the apartment is clean and spotless and... More

My husband and I stayed here overnight and we were very happy with our stay. We thought the parking was a bit of a rip off. 20 euros to park overnight in garage space next door. However the guys in the garage were very helpful and recommended a really nice eating place just round the corner to save us from... More

I booked this hotel because of the cheap price and it was relatively close to the center of Florence. First off it was at least a 25 minute walk to the center of the city and was far away from everything. The room wasn't bad, it was clean and big enough but it was loud. We could hear our neighbors... It’s a good 15 min walk from the train station with luggage. When we reached the B&B, The owners were not home but the cleaner was, sadly she couldn’t speak English and we couldn’t speak Italian. But somehow we got across to her and got our rooms allotted. The rest of the stay was pleasant. The owners were help full.... More

The room, balcony and bathroom (with window) were bigger than I expected, the view from balcony was brilliant, and the host Anna is very friendly and helpful :) I recommend this place for a nice stay!

Only one night in Florence at Residenza Giulia before leaving for Siena and the Tuscan country. It was a very good choice, close to the station and basically in the centre. I really enjoyed it: rooms are very spacious and bright, with balcony and all amenities. Nice large bathroom with window. Lovely and friendly atmosphere. Thank you.

David is a very good host. Rooms were well cleaned and spacious. One things i like abt this place is it is located just outside of city and very quiet place and access to other is convenient. Breakfast served is very good and the hosts are pretty accommodating. We stayed for 4 days and recommend this place for stay.

Mr. David is nice and very helpful. The room we stayed was nice and had a balcony. Bathroom is small and no toiletries, so bring your own. For the price I still think I could get something better. The problems I had when staying at Residenza Giulia: It is far from the historical area where everything happens. When in Florence... More

This is truly a gem of a place in Florence. Anna, the owner/manager was amazingly sweet, generous, and helpful. I loved staying there...it is like being in a home away from home. Thank you Anna. Omar

We spend three days in Residenza Giulia and it was a real pleasure. Our host was very kind to satisfy all our needs. The breakfast was very nice. There's a bus stop at 3 or 4 minutes from the hotel. It's a bit apart from the historical hearth of Florence, but we found not too far a very cheap tratoria... More
