Rooms look a bit like a small studio without kitchen. Space enough, nice shower. Everything looks clean. Wifi just don't work on the room, connection time out with basic text internet pages. Airco, also not working very good, lucky we did not had 30+ degrees C In day time. It's a 20 min walk to the center. Breakfast is basic... More

Out of the hotels that we stopped in on our tour this was by far the worse, we were a actually dreading going to bed as the air conditioning was so poor it was good as a heater, fridge / mini bar didn't work and having told reception about this, nothing was done and no explanation, in fact lady on... Perhaps the best price quality relation that you could find in Florence to stay. Ancient place but comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast also. The weak point is that it is a little far from the city center to went walking.

The hotel is situated 10mins walk From the Santa Maria Novella station. The room was big enough .. Good shower , nice bathroom ... Mattress quite uncomfortable. The WIFI is awful... Keeps getting disconnected and it's very slow! Breakfast was good.. Continental breakfast with croissants cakes and pastries, bread cheese and ham, Juices ,Hot drinks and yoghurts. The breakfast room... More

We spent three nights here. The room is spacious. The Wi-Fi is hard to get connected, we ended up using our own hot spot device. The bathroom is so dark with very dim light. The breakfast is continental breakfast and is the only three star hotel that we have stayed in Italy which does not provide egg or any hot... More

My wife and I stayed here in early May and found it to be satisfactory, without being anything special. It is an average 3 star hotel and gives good value for money. Our main issue was that on two afternoons about three o,clock we came back for arest and the room had not been touched. No coff/tea making possibilities. A... More

Good room, but a bit small, fine Wi-Fi. No coffee/tea maker in room.No helping hands at all, but reception desk very helpful. Free buffet breakfast very average. Taxi very expensive. Fine for two days stay for old couple.

The woman at the front desk (the owner's daughter?) was unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel is very tired, and grubby, badly in need of painting and cleaning of furniture, bedspread and curtains. The bed had a big divit on the edge where people sit down. WiFi was not working and the only thing that the woman at reception had to... More

We arrived to an indifferent greeting and mumbled instructions. A few of staff on reception too busy on their mobiles to talk. Positives: clean accommodation, lovely huge bed and clean sheets and bathroom. Bathroom quite modem. Negatives: paint work everywhere marked and dirty. No air con, we went for three nights in glorious April weather. Bitten by very noisy Mosquitos.... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights beginning of March. I got a great price booking it worked out to be about £18 per person per night so I really wasn't expecting much. In fact I dreaded arriving however was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was lovely, small and quirky. Reception staff were friendly and all staff were bilingual. The bed... More
