Arrived in Florence having driven the whole day to get to it and couldn't find the hotel. This was because the whole hotel was under a tarpaulin over the scaffolding. The car park that we had booked was closed as was the entire road the hotel was on. The person on reception looked horrified that we were complaining and advised... More

On arrival the receptionist was on the phone "too busy" to even nod a hello to us. We sat and waited for her to finish her conversation where we were greeted to an abrupt demand for the name and room documentation. She was very hostile and tried to tell us we had booked a single room. We hadn't, there were... More

I stayed in Florence for a few days for business, and this hotel was quite convenient, as not far from the station and the convention center, with a good value for money. The room was convenient and equipped with air conditionning, and the staff is helpful. Note that as the location is opposite side of most of downtown touristic places,... More

As it was our first time I Italy , we went with the recommendations of the tour operator on this hotel ... what we did ask for was close to the city centre ... on arriving in the dark , we were met by a shoddy outside as there was work being done on the pavement , so it looked... More

Rooms look a bit like a small studio without kitchen. Space enough, nice shower. Everything looks clean. Wifi just don't work on the room, connection time out with basic text internet pages. Airco, also not working very good, lucky we did not had 30+ degrees C In day time. It's a 20 min walk to the center. Breakfast is basic... More

Out of the hotels that we stopped in on our tour this was by far the worse, we were a actually dreading going to bed as the air conditioning was so poor it was good as a heater, fridge / mini bar didn't work and having told reception about this, nothing was done and no explanation, in fact lady on... Perhaps the best price quality relation that you could find in Florence to stay. Ancient place but comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast also. The weak point is that it is a little far from the city center to went walking.

We spent three nights here. The room is spacious. The Wi-Fi is hard to get connected, we ended up using our own hot spot device. The bathroom is so dark with very dim light. The breakfast is continental breakfast and is the only three star hotel that we have stayed in Italy which does not provide egg or any hot... More

My wife and I stayed here in early May and found it to be satisfactory, without being anything special. It is an average 3 star hotel and gives good value for money. Our main issue was that on two afternoons about three o,clock we came back for arest and the room had not been touched. No coff/tea making possibilities. A... More
