We stayed here for 3 nights in May. The accommodations are average, but clean. Our rooms were on the 5th floor with a balconies. This hotel is located just by the train station. Around 15mins walking distance from city centre. Breakfast was poor. Rooms a little outdated but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking right next door to the hotel but not cheap.

we stayed here as part of our honeymoon, we were given an upgrade to a delux room and a free bottle of wine. the staff were very helpful with booking tickets and trips. the location is excellent being within walking distance to all of florences main attractions. We would highly recomend staying in this hotel.

The hotel is located right next to the main train station in Florence, which makes it the most convenient location ever. We stayed in a quadruple room for one night. The rooms were large and clean. Bathrooms were nice and spacious. We traveled with a small child and felt completely safe. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The walls as do thin you can here people next door plugging things into the outlets!!
