Horrible welcome, they did not know about our reservation and they cheated us by giving another room. Noisy, no elevator and very rude staff, inpossible parking nearby. We had to leave the hotel after a must-stay in the morning. They did not give the deposit back and we had to pay the room. Really a bad experience, do not book... More

My room was adequate - very quiet so a great night's sleep. The breakfast was standard, and the fresh cherries one day were superb. The wi-fi was excellent - I downloaded >50MB updates to apps on my iPhone & iPad without problems. The location is excellent too - even with luggage it's 5 minutes from the railway station. The Duomo... More

the hotel room and breakfast are average, good location though. EXTREMELY poor internet, took more than 10 minutes to load a 10 secs video. If you live near the entrance, you will hear the buzz everytime someone enters, so often am I woken up by it. Cleaning service is awful, my sink wouldnt work properly because the soap from the... Our experience in this hotel was very nice, is well located close to the train station, metro and bus services, nice price, good breakfast, service from people was nice and very very clean. Is small but romantic. We recommend it.

Considering the prices of the hotels in the center of Florence, I was a little bit skeptical about my choice, really cheap, but I'm happy I have been proved wrong. The hotel is in a convenient position, near to both the piazza del Duomo and the railway station, that you can reach in a few minutes walk. The rooms are... More

After the strike in Italy disrupted our flights, we had to rearrange, and this hotel proved perfectly placed for an emergency stay. Right near the station, and affordable. They do a good, hearty buffet breakfast, with lots of nice fruit, eggs, cream cheese and other things. Plus good coffee. The room was small but quite cosy. The main issue was... More

I really did expect more from this hotel, but anyway, in the end it wasn't all that bad. The price you pay is for the location and not the room. Although we had a huge room, the bathroom was really, really small. Moreover the breakfast id kinda poor; but as we've seen in other tuscan hotels, it's a normal thing.... More

I booked from the website of a 3-star hotel, where I was shown a room of this 2-star Marine hotel. After asking confirmation via email, it turned out that they gave me a different, smaller room than the one I saw while booking. I kept it. I arrived at the hotel in the late evening. The receptionist was nice and... More

This is a basic hotel in the centre of town, handy to everywhere. Room was all it needed to be, and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked through one of Trip advisor's bookers - and it all worked grand.

I booked this hotel through booking.com and when I arrived they tried to give me a different room in a different hotel, the hotel downstairs with less amenities and with no offer of a discount for the downgrade. It was supposed to be 50 euro a night, for a single room with bath, no breakfast. I feel it was a... More
