Enjoyed our stay here. The staff wasn't too enthusiastic, but they got the job done and that's all I could ask for. The facility itself was great. I didn't realized that I booked a place on a campground until we made the trek up the pretty long walk to the main building. Though we were caught off guard and as... More

I spent very nice time in this hostel. Perfect to relax , located in very nice area on the top of the hill, not far away from city centre. There is beautiful garden you can sit outside, also there is very nice bar.

Nice place, relative clean but far away from bus station and if you are with luggage it is not very comfortable to reach the hostel by walking. Breakfast was ok. There were no opportunities for lunch and dinner.

Although it's outside of centre Florence and the main way of getting around is buses, it's a really nice place to stay. The staff were friendly, free breakfast was offered, they helped us wih adapters and snacks and drinks (soft and alcoholic) were both very cheap. Lovely area and home to a wide variety of travellers. The only issue we... More

We travelled through many hostels in Europe during our trip and this was by far the worst. The staff was extremely unwelcoming and unwilling to help, the (pricey) towels were literally made of a paper material. The wifi was so terrible that even their card reader couldn't connect which wouldn't allow anyone to pay with card however they didn't have... More

Did not enjoy this hostel at all. Stayed in an 8 person dorm, which was kept clean. The bathrooms on the otherhand, were not. They were closed from 11-2 every day but were still just as disgusting after as they were before they had closed them. The breakfast was simple but good. The staff was unhelpful and somewhat rude. Additionally,... More

I loved hostel from the first sight, specially the garden and smell of hybiscus in late spring... Recetion in an old hall was also impresive. I stayed in a small room which is located in separate bulding across the garden. There are just 3 rooms, mine with bed and bunkbed and wc-shower. I even had a small terrace! Room was... More

Some of You will have wonderfull ecperience staing in this fantastic palace, dating from 1470... It may be, that some services are perhaps not ideally done, but THIS IS HOSTEL, not a Grand Hotel, ok? Lets be rasonable: beds very comfortable in our double room, water in bathroom very nice warm, breakfast very good, and lot of it, when thinking... More

First: DO NOT USE THE LAUNDRY it is a trap. Staying in this villa is a wonderful experience, but don't expect a wonderful quality of living, the place is located in a forest, u need to walk a long way from the main street to the villa which is ok at day but freaky at night, not a good breakfast,... Stayed here with 2 female friends and loved it. Located in a wonderfully natural and peaceful area, the hostel itself is like a palace with its courtyard and artwork in the reception, and I'd love to know the history behind it. The service was good, I myself arrived at 4 in the morning and I was given my key without... More
