This hotel is very well located. The people are fantastic. We had a small issue with our room that was immediately taken care of. The elevator is ridiculous, not only is it slow, but it can only follow one command at a time. You hope while you are on it that you will push your button before someone else calls... More

We spent one night here before heading out of Italy. The location is terrific – one block from the Ponte Vecchio and walking distance to central Florence. We had a beautiful view of the Duomo from our room. The rooftop terrace was priceless – views of the Duomo and river, and perfect for watching the sunset (although guests were kicked... More

My husband and I and another couple stayed here for two nights and could not have been more pleased. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location. We loved the rooftop terrace and the beautiful views from there.

Antica Torre was a delightful surprise. Perfectly located just steps from the Arno and from all the high end boutiques. It has the feeling that you are staying in a different era, but with the comforts of today. The room was pretty, big and comfortable. The rooftop terrace has the next view of Florence and the honor bar makes for... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we both agree it is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with lovely views over the Arno. There was a bottle of prosecco and snacks waiting for us on arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel is well located... More

We stayed in Florence one night and really wanted to be downtown within walking distance of most attractions. The hotel's location was prime and the room (506,) though very small, was extremely clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace has amazing views of both the Duomo and Arno River, and the honor system bar after 10pm is a great perk! It's... More

There can't be a better hotel in Florence. Everything, the rooms and bathrooms, the friendly staff, the food, the location and the wonderful roof top terrace make this a perfect place to stay. I would go back there without hesitation. Alec James

We stayed three nights in a beautiful room facing the arno. The stay was excellent from the moment we walked in. The gentleman at the front desk provided us with a tour and overview of the hotel, made an excellent restaurant recommendation for lunch, and made our dinner reservations. The views from the rooftop terraces are breathtaking. Great place to... More

We stayed for two nights and three days in Florence and loved this hotel. The location is perfect--walked everywhere and never needed transportation. The room was nice, especially the bathroom--all marble. The elevator is small but that is common. The roof top terrace is spectacular--I do not think there could be a better one in the city. At night it is... More

From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. The staff was first class, rooms have character, and the roof top is incredible. They have a self service bar after hours, or bring your own and enjoy the roof top. We stayed in June 2014 and will be back. Also dine at Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco nearby, great meal.
