We stayed for two nights and three days in Florence and loved this hotel. The location is perfect--walked everywhere and never needed transportation. The room was nice, especially the bathroom--all marble. The elevator is small but that is common. The roof top terrace is spectacular--I do not think there could be a better one in the city. At night it is... More

From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. The staff was first class, rooms have character, and the roof top is incredible. They have a self service bar after hours, or bring your own and enjoy the roof top. We stayed in June 2014 and will be back. Also dine at Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco nearby, great meal.

We stayed at this hotel in July while we were traveling Europe. The location of this hotel was amazing. The room was very spacious based on European standard and was well appointed. It wasn't overly luxurious but not too plain either. The view from the rooftop bar was extraordinary as all others said. Breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely stay... More

We stayed here for 4 nights recently. The room was spacious and in a quiet location. The breakfast is good and the views from the terraces on both sides of the roof are exceptional. We enjoyed a quiet evening on the Duomo terrace with a glass (or two) of wine each evening. The hotel is ideally situated to explore Florence.... More

A charming boutique hotel in a perfect location right in the centre of Florence. The two rooftop terraces giving fabulous views of the entire city. Staff all courteous and eager to please without fussing. An honesty bar operates out of hours - how quaint! Our room was furnished with lovely old italian furniture, much more in keeping in this, The... More

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location in Florence. The view from the river view rooms is spectacular, but can be noisy at night, with the bar below. The rooms with the duomo view are very quiet. Rooms and bathrooms are not large. Breakfast is truly delicious, with lots of variety of hot and cold options. Front desk staff are exceptional.... More

My daughter and I stayed at this lovely hotel for three nights while in Florence. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished! The breakfast was delicious each morning not to mention the warm homemade rustic doughnuts that I was lucky enough to sample. Lorenzo made us delicious mojitos on the rooftop terrace each night with great views of the... More

A glass of Chianti and the views from the rooftop bar are not to be missed! My room was very well appointed and very pretty. The location is beyond compare. Be aware that the hotel is located in a Florentine building with no real lobby but the upper floors and rooftop will blow your mind! If you're going to Florence... More

This hotel is located in the heart of the centre of Florence, which is cobble stoned and 'walkers-only'. It is a five minute walk from anything you may want to see in Florence (Palace Pitti, Boboli Gardens, D'Uomo, Uffizi). Restaurants are aplenty. The staff are courteous. The rooms are spacious. Book well in advance to get the best rooms.

Wonderful Hotel, location, rooftop terrace, staff, breakfast and great WiFi. Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay within walking distance of everything in Florence! The quiet rooftop terrace was a wonderful way to end the day after touring museums and churches. I adored our time!
