Such an amazing location and hotel. I have no complaints. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. You are a walk away from all the landmarks. Bedroom and bathroom very comfortable and clean. Period property is just stunning.

We recently stayed two nights with our 8 year old which can sometimes be difficult to accomplish successfully in a period Hotel but not this time! We were charmed from the moment we arrived and once we were shown our room and subsequent bar and rooftop terraces we were in love. The room was large and airy with a nice... More

My wife & I stayed here for a night on our honeymoon while passing through Florence. I picked the hotel because of the strong tripadvisor reviews & convenient location. My expectations were exceeded from the moment we arrived, when the hotel manager welcomed us like VIPs. I realized later that they do this for everyone, but they really made my... More

We had a wonderful stay at Antica Torre. The staff was very friendly and helpful (even via email before our stay). The views are out of this world amazing and the breakfast was excellent. People might want to know that there is no staff by the desk after 10 pm, though they are always available.

Perfect location, great staff and a beautiful view over Florence from the roof terrace. We stayed at the Antica Torre di Via Tornabuoni for three nights in August and can fully confirm all other positve reviews. The historical building is perfectly located just a few meters from the St Trinity bridge (with a view to the ponte Vecchio). The Uffizi... More

Imagine being 'imprisoned' in a 13th century tower with terraces on the battlements overlooking the Duomo on one side and the river Arno on the other, attended by staff catering to your every whim and preparing your new favourite cocktail, elderflower spritz, on the terrace as the sun sets. Sadly, our 'imprisonment' came to an end after four days but... More

We arrived at this hotel for a one night stay whilst transferring to Chianti from Positano and from the moment we arrived it was a slice of heaven in Florence.we were greeted and shown around by Daniel which for a night stay was pleasing that he took the time to care. The room and terrace are amazing beautifully decorated and... More

Brilliant rooftop terrace, with a stunning view. The rooms are conformably elegant, and the staff is exceptional. Rather you need a recommendation to one of the areas great restaurants, advice on a tour, or a movie recommendation from the hotel's library (you'll find both modern and classics), you'll feel like part of the family at this amazing hotel. This hotel... More

Great location, right on the bank of the River Arno and only minutes from all major places of interest in Florence. It was also only a 15 minute walk from the railway station where most of the day tours depart. During our visit the temperature in the city was horrendously hot (35C + high humidity) but the air conditioning in... More

My husband organised a five day stay in Florence for my birthday. Three nights in the Panoramic Suite at the Antica Torre di Via Tornabuoni which includes a private terrace overlooking the Arno and with great views of the PonteVecchio. The service was excellent with all staff speaking english fluently. The two roof terraces are great to watch the sun... More
