A fantastic small hotel, 30 mins walk or short bus ride to the river or piazza Michelangelo. The location might not be central, but staying a little further outside from the centre meant amazing value for money and gave the opportunity to sample a local area. The hotel was easy to get to (the 23 bus from the station). The... More

This place delivers what it says ..go for it if you are looking for a cozy, charming little place in Florence. What it lacks in luxury and comforts is more than compensated by the hospitality of the host. The owner is a very helpful lady and more than happy to go out of the way to assist with any tour... This hotel is about 30 mins stroll from the Ponte Vecchio. Alternatively, several frequent bus-routes will whisk you there in 5 minutes. Parking available at E9 per night is located across the main road and in Florence, this is reasonable and useful. Reception is on the first floor as were our rooms. Booking in was painless and pleasant. The rooms... More

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is cozy, quiet, and charming. The owner is a kind and friendly woman who couldn't do enough for me. The staff were equally accommodating. The breakfast was ample and delicious. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with shops and a few restaurants but just a bus ride... More

This was our second visit to Florence, and our second stay at the Hotel Rosary Garden. I challenge anyone to find a hotel which is as welcoming and homely as the Rosary Garden. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and Monica, the owner, is absolutely lovely. She makes sure you are well cared for during your stay and... More

Thanks, thanks, thanks!, No words to thank you enough first of all, to have been back to the Rosary Garden, and secondarily to have written such a nice comment on ourselves! As to join the city centre, a little surprise for you and for everyone: considering the short distance (Km. 2,5), and that there are nice bicycles paths just from... More

We were travilling in Italy by car and the hotel was a perfect choice for our porpose. It is close to the high way and easy to find, but difficult to find a place to stop/park near the hotel entrance. The hotel has a few parking spaces in a secure parking lot nearby (charge 9 Euros a day, but worth... More

Monica Landi is the owner/manager and her son Andrea works alternate shifts. Monica is very elegant and extremely helpful. Prior to arrival, she had arranged tickets for the Uffizi and Accademia galleries. The small fee she charges is well worth avoiding queues at the venues. The property itself is a charming 14 room property. Our balcony overlooked the restaurant roof... More

Unusual to find a boutique hotel of this quality in the suburbs. A definate English touch to the furnishing which were very well executed. Extremely comfortable bed and lovely room with balcony overlooking the tree lined square. Well stocked mini bar in our bedroom and lots of very welcoming touches throughout. Host was very helpful in advising a suitable bus... More

I stayed there for one week and the room was fine except its mattress and although the trouble with the sink in the bathroom I noticed when I arrived should have been fixed before accommodating a new guest as the problem was obious. I arrived on a Sat. evening and it was mended on Tuesday. The job was done anyway.... More

A very charming hotel. We had a little problem with our A/C and they changed our room right away! Everything was perfect starting with the lady who is managing the place. Helpful, the staff proposed ideas to plan our visits, recommended restaurants, etc. Somebody on duty 24 hrs! Breakfast are very good and the cappuccino is great especially during the... More
