Good average quality hotel in great location, within easy walking to the highlights of Florence. Tiny breakfast room with poor menu choices - no travel hints here, sorry. Don't use the lifts if you're at all claustophobic as they are tiny also. The hotel staff were very helpful & friendly. Had no problems leaving our luggage after checkout. more
