My wife and are covered with bites and we will have to disinfect or destroy most of our clothing that came in contact with the room as these bugs get in your clothes and go home with you. About 6 years ago I took a trip to Florence and stayed at the Strozzi Palace. It was nice, clean and near everything. The only very small negative is that the reception is up a short flight of stairs and then a tiiny elevator to 1st floor. more

Beautiful hotel! Of my Italian vacation, this was my favorite hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet at nice and the showers had great water pressure. It's small, only 18 rooms. But I wish we would have upgraded to the bigger rooms. more

Don't stay in Strozzi Palace Hotel because the service and the hotel are horrible (like two stars). Everything is wrong. I decided to change and found nearby another same level hotel but with much better quality. more
