Phenomenal location, cant be beat. Beautiful rooms. They try with the service, nice restaurant recommendation. But poor breakfast, internet not working, some kitchen appliances not switched on. And parking was expensive and it took 30 minutes for car to arrive. At their prices, you expect everything to work properly. more

Stunning location. Beautiful views of the Arno, towards the Oltrarno. Most of the "front desk" staff very friendly and helpful. We received a goodt rate for the Lungarno Suite online.. similiar to the last time we stayed here. Last time our rate included breakfast and we had a Riverview Suite. We had a great promotional rate at EUR 150, unfortunately not including breakfast but that was a minor issue with the great food in Florence. The location is fantastic, next to the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi, walking distance to everything.
