The location of this hotel is very good. The Staff SARA is incredible/awesome, very helpfull, and friendly. The breakfast is very good. Room is clean and cozy.Definetly we will come and stay at this Hotel again more

You can't ask for a better location in Florence.Within walking distance from everything. The room was cozy and always spotless. The staff were extremely helpful to a couple of clueless travelers like ourselves. They really went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable in an unfamiliar but beautiful setting. more

This was a very clean and well run hotel with big fluffy towels and helpful desk service. They helped me locate some local vendors that sold special stone and glass tiles and recommended good tours. more
