This hotel is very close to Rly station. It's a big plus. It's a small n good 3 Star property for families. We got room on top floor which was spacious and tidy. Bathroom was too small. Restaurant at basement had good spread. But the restaurant staff should be more polite and hospitable. Overall good experience.

Arriving by train was nice as hotel was so close and easy to find, the staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Rooms and hotel are old but fit the scene of Florence, the beds were comfortable and relaxing after a hard day sightseeing. As it was hot the air conditioners were adequate and when asking for a fan the receptionist... More

We arrived in Florence by train. It was a short walk to the hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived but we did not need to wait long. The hotel is old but fits the Florence feel. The room was large with 4 twin beds. Two beds were firm and two were very soft. Overall it was very... More

This is a decent-sized room, conveniently located near the main train station. The complimentary breakfast was nice, plenty of choices. Nice, quiet accomodations. Towels and room were very clear and WiFi was adequate. Would recommend to travelers on a budget.

Smaller hotel with nice rooms. Very friendly and accommodating concierge. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned (hotel controls thermostat though) Small breakfast buffet. Walking distance to many sites but slightly noisy (if room faces Cennini road) and really close to train station. Hotel lobby is not ground level. Carrying heavy luggage up 10+ steps was quite a challenge just to get... More

Stayed at this hotel in June, the location is within a 100 metres of the railway station (could not hear the trains at all) Hotel was walking distance to the sites of Florence. Good Quality for a three star and I would stay here again if returning to Florence.

We stayed in a quad room for only 1 night. The staff was friendly and the location was close to the train station and main attractions. So it did seem a little noisy at night but that was to be expected. I found the room to be very dark and dreary. Although spacious enough I don't think I would stay... More

Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella. It is near many food outlets and about 10 minutes walk to the central bus station. The room we had was huge - the biggest of all the hotels we stayed in on this trip. However, in-room amenities was very basic. Breakfast was average. Staff were friendly & knowledgeable.

Very close to the main train station and within easy walking distance of the main attractions of Florence. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The hotel had lots of character and style, in keeping with Florence itself. The only negative would be that breakfast was a bit basic. I would have loved more choice. But having... More
