A bit austere, but good value for price. Easy access to pubic transport. Good breakfast. A/C doesn't work properly . The room was a bit dark and it you can hear the noise from outside. The staff (Giacomo? I think) he was very friendly and helpful.

It is such a lovely hotel with such a great location, nice rooms and friendly staff. I stayed there for a night and had good experience. Very close to the Florence train station and local tourist attractions. When you come out of the train station just cross the main road, turn left and then first right. The hotel is there.... More

I had stayed with my family for 1 night in 2 rooms. We were provided with family rooms. The room size was good but bathroom was small. The shower was poor. The breakfast served was good especially the cappuccino. The waitress was very cooperative. The hotel staff was cooperative. The location, just walking distance from train station. The sightseeing spots are walkable distance... More

This is not a luxury, romantic hotel. But it IS a great, clean convenient spot if traveling via train to or from Florence. This was our meeting point with Trek Travel on our recent trip. After taking the train from Rome it was convenient to walk here from the train. We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It seems to... More

We really liked this hotel. Our comfortable room, with a balcony, was an ideal quiet refuge after visiting the sights of Florence. The hotel itself may not be situated in the most beautiful part of the city, (the concrete edifice opposite is awful) but on the plus side, it is within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Breakfasts... More

The hotel is clean. The location can best be described as "back alley" and off the beaten path. Major sites are walkable, but Florence isn't that big of a city. The smell of the hotel is awful. I might have been able to get past the location if the smell hadn't been one of industrial cleaners and sewage. Find another... More

All-in-all, our stay was pleasant. The hotel does indeed sit in a great location, very close to the train station, the basilica of Santa Maria Novella, and the bus terminals. Most of the major sights are a short walk, maybe fifteen minutes, from the hotel. The breakfast offerings were more plentiful than I expected, and they even offered made-to-order cappuccino.... More

This hotel is located close to the Train station and walking distance to the historic city. The stuff was friendly and helpful. And that's all what's positive. I have never seen that small hotel room in Europe. The room was almost the same size as the tiny bathroom and very dark. The bed was very small with an old and... More
