This's hotel was close to the train station. Very quiet. Rooms were dated as was the bathroom. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was terrible. We were on a tour and this hotel was considered an upgrade, but it was only average.

Our family of 4- which includes a 6 year old and a 4 year old, enjoyed our one night stay. The room was very large with a beautiful front window. We were able to open it and walk out on a balcony. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee extra yummy. It was in perfect walking distance to all our... More

First, about the location. Excellent, silent and just opposite to station. Its a nice walk for the Italian cuisines, and if you wanna try quick foods, you will find the Burger King & MacD just across. Rooms are spacious, warm [went in December so should definitely mention about it] and clean. The toilet was also clean with neat towels. Breakfast... More

This hotel is a great value for the money. The address system in Florence made the hotel's location a tiny bit difficult to find, but once we were there, we made the climb from the street up to the office and found ourselves in a quaint little lobby where we were greeted by a friendly desk clerk. At check-in, we... More

Tiny cozy clean room. Excellent breakfast. Welcoming and helpful staff. Around the corner from train station and walking distance to all museums and sites and restaurants. Walking distance to Marcato Centrale (Market for fresh foods and includes great food court too.) Only downside was sporadic wi fi for first of our four days...then fixed.

I stayed here on two different nights on my travel to Italy and had two different rooms. Both rooms were very nice, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioning worked just fine in each room and I had no problems with internet or noise. The hotel has a very nice breakfast included. It is a great location... More

To say the room was tiny is an understatement, to say it was old, dark and dingy would be complimentary. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable, the hotel smelled of smoke and the bed covering looked like it was from the 60's. Also walking back at night was slightly dodgy.

This hotel has grown since I last visited. In the process of upgrading rooms but 'old' rooms are still more than satisfactory. Again the Italian single bedded room for a solo traveller which I don't really like. Computer available for guest use which is very helpful especially if having tablet problems. Staff seem quite helpful and pleasant. Very close to... More
