The hotel was adequate for our needs which were purely to get in as much sight seeing as we could in 2 days. Service was OK, staff were young but friendly enough and helpful when asked to assist. The safe in the room couldn't open until just before we left but they did offer to move us to a different... More

I will start with the positives: the service at this hotel was quite good. We had a young lady majority of the time and she was very attentive to our needs. We had issues with the wifi and she made every attempt to fix it for us. She also assisted us with changing rooms at the start of our stay... More

I thought this hotel was clean, friendly with great wifi. The rooms were a decent size. Blow dryers were nice. Has an elevator if you have a lot of luggage. The cappuccinos were made fresh to order. Basic breakfast, only thing I wish they had fresh fruit. It was not super close to the train station but about 11 euro... More

This is not a luxury hotel, but I should say we had the largest room of any place we stayed in Italy. The hotel has a old-fashioned style and the service was great. It's about 15min walk from anything you want to see, which we appreciated as you could get away from the massive crowds around the Duomo and Ufizzi... More

I really dislike giving bad reviews but this hotel fell short. There is a horrible sewer stench in front of the building at all hours of the day which they can't help but it's disgusting. When we checked in initially we asked if they A/C was working because it was warm out as well as in our room. The front... More

We stayed here last week and had a positive experience. Room was very clean - and included a refrigerator. Staff was friendly and helpful; made some museum reservations for us in advance when we ran out of time to do this. Certainly walking distance to major attractions, and away from the busiest tourist area. Would stay again. Didn't have noise... More

The place is dirty, the rooms are poor, very old, plastic flowers all around, noisy as hell, to not mention the breakfast is really sad ... Consider that the place is 20 meters from the central police offices (the "Questura") so you can really enjoy police cars and vans going up and down under your window ( windows that very... More

Travelled just recently to Florence and had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room we stayed in was an average size for 3 people and the beds were clean and comfortable. There was only one pillow each but we asked for more and it was no problem. We had no cleanliness issues in our room and the bedding... More

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cimabue! The hotel was close walking distance to exploring Florence. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The hotel was great and we recommend to anyone looking to stay in Florence!

I recently stayed for a week in this hotel. The room was ok but quite small for three people. The bathroom was tiny with barely enough room to sit on the toilet! We had a lovely patio outside our room- but it was too hot to sit in most days with no shade. The hotel was about a fifteen minute... More
