We had stayed in this B&B for 4 nights in June. Location: Good location. It's near the train station as less than 10 mins walk. Other places to visit can be accessed by walking. Many hotels and restaurants are here around and a super market is also nearby. Room: It's clean with a private bathroom and a small balcony. It's very... More

Very close to the main atractions, clean, good breakfast, very cheap for the what is offer. Is a very good choise for a visit Florence. For the next trip in Florence I will stay again. The single think I dont like ,is too many stairs to claim up , because the hotel is on two flor in the old building.

We were given a nice spacious room, very good size bed, light decor and very pleasant. Very handy location to the train station, shops and restaurants. Excellent location! Flexibility in providing early breakfast for us was very helpful as we had to catch an early train. The only thing they could improve on maybe the shower could do with a... More

Upon checking in the young man was not helpful at all, spoke little English and provided no information. all other staff was very helpful. The rooms are pretty good size, beds are very hard no comfort at all. The steps are a bit much after walking all day, however, the location was perfect. Perfect location to all sites. when coming... Fantastic breakfast!! We found it really difficult to reach with the car, being in the centre with many one-way streets, however the garage service was really good! Just 21 euro, they took it away to park it for us and brought it back for us the following day. There are about 4 or 5 very small hotels in the same... More

This hotel was very quaint & charming. Not anything elegant or prestigious, but everything we were looking for: Breakfast, clean place to sleep and walking distance to the train station. The hotel staff was great as well, and there were a few different people on staff but everyone was always very helpful and pleasant! The breakfast was a beautiful spread... More

The rooms were clean and pleasant and breakfast was tasty and generous. We hit Florence towards the end of our second week in Italy and were starting to be tired of eating out - even wonderful food. So we went to a local market and picked up cheese and bread and tomatoes and chocolate and prosciutto and olives and headed... More

We were very well received by the couple's reception. The hotel prefers cash, but also accepts cards. The breakfast is served in a hotel next door. Breakfast simple but with a variety of breads and cheeses. It is noteworthy that the hotel is on the second floor and not have a lift (60 stairs to get to the room) ;)... More

first of all, if you're handicapped or elderly, this place is not for you. The reception desk for this hotel (there are a number of albergo in this building) is up four flights of stairs. The room in Anna's was adequate (not pretty at all and super small) but INCREDIBLY noisy. EVERY street in Florence is a busy one, so... More
