We stayed in the Hotel Club for 5 nights and were generally very pleased. The location is excellent if you are travelling to Florence by bus or train as it is located right next to the bus station and only a stone's throw away from the train station. It takes about 10 - 15 minutes to walk to the centre... More

The hotels is renovated lately, the rooms are small, and the elevator is old and really small, there was a smell of sewage in the room and we couldn't sleep for tow nights. The breakfast is poor and not tasty, the new bath is not good, the water went out. The location is great and close to the center.

15 mins taxi ride (fixed rate €20) from the airport, situated right next to the train station. This hotel is perfect, you can be at The Dome and Bell Tower in 10 mins. We were a family of 4 travelling, so had a family room. Room 601, modern, clean with a balcony, not great views, but was at the top... More

The counter staff was really rude and it was totally unacceptable. Yes, the hotel is very convenience and next to bus station. That's why I went and asked for a room. The staff simply said that it was full without any intention to help, nor any suggestion. I therefore stepped back from the counter, and tried to find another hotel... More

The location is right outside the main bus and train station, which makes it ideal to explore the city. It is a small hotel, tastefully refubrished. The rooms are small but well appointed and spotlessly clean. Comfy matrresses and soundproof windows allowed us to rest well at night. Breakfast is buffet, with a limited selection of bread, cheese and pastries,... More

The hotel is your slightly above average no-nonsense hotel which gives you a good night sleep and a decent breakfast. The location is excellent but the hotel in itself is a bit cramped for space. The rooms seem to be recently refurbished but do not expect all creature comforts in this property. The staff was very helpful and responded to... More

A few minutes walk from Firenze SMN Station and half an hour to Duomo, Florence Cathedral, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza de la Signoria and shopping centre. Modern bedroom and bathroom, clean, free Wi-fi and free breakfast. Soft bed linens and pillows are of premium quality. Love the victorian designed furnitures at the lobby and breakfast area. Hotel staff are courteous and... More

Stayed here with my partner for 7 nights. Hotel is in a great location. Short short walk to city centre. Right next to train station and other modes of transport. Hotel staff very friendly and always willing to help us organise tours and offer advice. Rooms were of a good standard. Not big but not too small either. Room service... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in August. Solo female traveller. Hotel is well located. I arrived at Pisa airport and took the Terra Vision bus to Florence (Firenze Santa Maria Novella station). It stops a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. Look out for a large sign that says "Deanna" it's a cafe, and walk to the left of this.... More
