Stayed here with my partner for 7 nights. Hotel is in a great location. Short short walk to city centre. Right next to train station and other modes of transport. Hotel staff very friendly and always willing to help us organise tours and offer advice. Rooms were of a good standard. Not big but not too small either. Room service... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in August. Solo female traveller. Hotel is well located. I arrived at Pisa airport and took the Terra Vision bus to Florence (Firenze Santa Maria Novella station). It stops a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. Look out for a large sign that says "Deanna" it's a cafe, and walk to the left of this.... More

The other staff were also very nice. they made me feel very welcomed. Room was so nice and modern. But a bit of noise coz my room was next to the elevator. Can hear... More

I loved my time at this hotel. The location, next to the train and bus station, is excellent if like me arriving from Pisa by bus. The hotel was very clean and fresh with good air con in the room. My only qualm being that for two nights I had very loud neighbours, not exactly a problem with the hotel.... More

Upon arriving at the hotel, the reception area was very busy and chaotic. Whilst we were waiting to be checked in, we overheard that some of the other guests were being transferred to another hotel- the Hotel Ambasciatori which is just around the corner. We had read about this on Trip Advisor but thought we would give the hotel the... More

Stayed here for three nights as part of a tour. Clean, neat, well appointed in an excellent location near the station and right at the edge of the historical centre of Florence. Room was very small but the beds were comfy and the shower was powerful. Free wifi worked well and breakfast was good quality (we tend to have just... More

Hotel was clean and very pretty. Rooms are small but look very elegant. There is no shower curtains which means water ends up everywhere. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice enough. Hotel staff do their job but I wouldn't say they are warm and welcoming. Although no fault of the hotel we rarely got a good nights sleep due... More

The hotel is very modern in design and well maintained. One night during our stay the hotel appeared to have been damaged by a thunderstorm. Within minutes there were construction workers fixing the building as to prevent any material from falling on pedestrians below. Our room was very small; the door opened to the bed and left very little space... More

The hotel is beautiful, a little boutique bed and breakfast with chic and stylish interior design, very central and near to the transport links of Florence and also to many tourist attractions... HOWEVER... On arrival to the hotel me and my travel partner were told we had some unpleasant news awaiting us by the receptionist. The man behind the desk... More
