From outside you may be resilient. The exterior is definitely leaving a different impression to what the hotel looks inside on the inside. However, once you get in the room you get to lure. Well sized rooms, very dark and intimidate, quiet, cozy. Have really enjoyed it. The only downside, is the breakfast. Although the offerings are plentiful, there's barely... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights on our honeymoon. The hotel was really close to the train station which made it a really convenient location as we caught the train from Milan. The room itself wasn't huge but had everything you needed, though it was very dark as the lights were not very bright and the windows didn't... More

I stayed here back in September for 3 nights. Very close to the train station and next door to the bus station as well. Slightly had to see as it was covered in scaffolding but no noise from any work or the bus station at all. Pleasant reception and breakfast area. The breakfast was also pretty good. No real complaints... More

This hotel was friendly and in a central location but undergoing extensive repairs to the outside so currently scaffolding out the front, we were told work should be finished in two weeks. The rooms were clean and basic, bed a bit hard for me and I found the noise levels too much and didn't sleep very well at all but... More

Stayed here with a large group touring Italy for 12 days, and this was easily the best place we stayed for the duration of the trip (as confirmed by approximately 40 people!). The staff were friendly, the room was very quiet and extremely clean, and breakfast was delicious. They serve hot food, an array of fruit and pastries, and a... More

Although the location is decent, everything else about this hotel is disgusting. First of all, the hotel is under construction, so when you enter the hotel, their is scaffolding everywhere. The front desk people are less then friendly. The hallways are dirty, old looking and worst of all, they smell from SEWAGE!!! Gross, you just want to run from there.... More

The hotel is just beside the SAnta Maria Novella train station, and next door to the bus station. Very conveniently located if you plan to go around by train/ bus. Room and bathroom are small and bed is a bit old. Breakfast also very basic. Service is okay.

Perfect location near to the bus station and railway station. The hotel was nicely decorated and the room was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar at the sister hotel was an experience. Modern and beautifully decorated. The bartender made the night for us. He suggested original cocktails and did amazing tricks which kept everyone at the bar... More

4 of us stayed for 4 nights. The rooms were typically Italian (which we like) and clean and quiet. Breakfast, whilst not for the bacon lovers, was good quality and varied. The staff were very helpful, booking several restaurant's for us whilst we were out sightseeing. The location was ideal, great for the station if you wanted to go to... More

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay, modern, very clean hotel with good service.....we were a little wary about the breakfast when we read previous reviews but found breakfast to be a good mixture between cooked and continental....have no hesitation in using this hotel again
