Hotel is located in 5mins walk from Duomo. Gentlemen at reception was very helpful and kind regarding parking our motobike inside hotel's garage and giving us useful tourist tips. The rooms have intresting decorations. not too big. really mentaniable thing is bathroom, really huge, clean and nice amnities. The downside was the breakfast, really cheap and not very welcoming. I stayed here for just the one night and found it very easy to get to being a good safe and quiet location. It is pretty close to the museum with Statue of David, so it was handy to be in front of the line in the morning. And it was quite a nice location to walk anywhere in Florence... More

Only spent one night here and after an evening at the Red Garter, anywhere would be comfy to sleep! Rooms were basic but had all you need. Breakfast was what seems to be the standard for Europe - pastries, juices, cold meats. Hotel is in good location to walk to most of Florence's sights.

This hotel is right down the street from the Duomo, the cities center church. The location was excellent. Regarding the hotel itself, my room had 4 individual beds, a TV and a bathtub. The room was comfortable. The hotel advertises that they have free WI-FI. This is not true, the WI-FI doesn't work at all and we had to go... More

This is a wonderful hotel in a brilliant location for seeing Florence. Well appointed room in the heart of the town. Friendly staff, clean and a nice breakfast. For the price we paid it was perfect. Only downsides are there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no English television, however who needs that when you have such... More

I was supposed to stay 6 nights for a conference plus weekend in Florence but left after 3 nights. The rooms are noisy, even after moving to a different room, woke up each morning at 7. Not my idea of holiday! Beds are not comfortable and everything looks run down, especially given the price. One guy was really nice but... More

We stayed on the 4th floor in a old but clean room. Problem with our experience was that the internet connection was really poor (we had to walk out to the plaza in front of the hotel to get free wifi provided by the city council), the water pressure in our shower was very low (almost at a dripping pace)... Easy to find and walking distance to everywhere. Huge room with large ceiling. Old fashion decor but quite nice. King size bed! We had a large bathroom with spa. Walls a bit run down, toilet not flushing, no view. Breakfast was nice in the attached cafe downstairs.

This was a very nice hotel in a great location close to many of the central Florence sights. We booked a double room and were pleasantly surprised with room much larger than you would typically get in Europe. We had a double bed, a separate single bed and there was still enough room to lay out an air mattress if... More

I was there with my wife and two kids. There were really bad beds. One of them I had to fix it during the night. We made the booking dirtily with the reception. At the time of make the reservation they told us that the room have jacuzzi (nice after hours walking), but the Jacuzzi doesn't work. I call receptionist... More
