Very good location , central but also quit, basically perfect.Rooms are large and clean. what you need for a short stay. Good value for money. Definitely suggested if you want a budget hotel and do not mind climb 3 floor of stairs without elevator.

The hotel is run by a family who were all very friendly and helpful (we asked them to refrigerate our food in their kitchen and to boil water to make tea). The hotel is a bit off the center near the station area but is a short walk from the main cathedral in Florence. The breakfast was very nice in... More

Not your normal hotel, from having to knock and wait to be let in at the front door ( whatever the time of day or night) to listening to the owners going about their lives down the corridor. On a plus side the hotel is in a lovely central location with all the normal sights only a short walk away.

Nice staff, family owned and very helpful. The bathroom had recently been redone so nice and clean. The room was in dire need of repainting and the air conditioner needed a clean filter. No screen on the window to open it at night to let some air in (mosquitos in Florence are pretty active), only screen was in the bathroom.... More

The most amazing stay! Typical Italian family running the show ; mama, papa, and granny!! Old school charm. AMAZING COFFEE!!! Original art is all over this place by artist A Ffresco ! Something haunting and beautiful about everything here. The place is set by a very busy hip and happening road called via Nazionale. Lots of bars restaurants stores and an... More

This Hotel within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see and is only about 2 1/2 blocks from the SMN train station which is where the airport shuttle... More

The owner, Rosario, made this the best stay of our trip. He was so incredibly friendly! Truly felt like a home away from home for us. It... More

This hotel is at the forth floor of a very well preserved building. We had great stay. It is very well located, very close to the Train Station SMN. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Rosario and his family were friendly, efficient and very helpful; they provided with recommendations for good restaurants and leather products traders.... More

The hotel is at the top floor, 4th floor if you dont count floor 0. no elevator. Btw each floor is a different hotel. The entrance is very close to the hostel archi Rossi, so just look for their sign as their own sign is quite small. Yes the owner smoke in their room, every time we leave our room... More
