The hotel is located on the second floor of a building (there is a tiny elevator, which is a plus!). Reception was ok, room was average and breakfast was good (if you are ok with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, toasts, juice and croissants). Location was to us this hotel´s main quality. It is right next to the Duomo.

The hotel is at an excellent location with respect to the musea and other buildings of interest. Staff is very kind and helpful. No working wifi or other internet possibilities. If you like shopping, this hotel is also at an excellent location.
