We have stayed at Hotel Liana previously and recently stayed for three nights. The hotel is located in a convenient location approximately 15 minutes walk to the Duomo. The hotel itself is very beautiful with art work and antique furnishings and provides a good continental breakfast. Staff were generally very friendly during our stay, WIFI reception much improved since our... More

Nice hotel with good staff to host you as well as guide for travel needs. Location is almost OK as need to walk a bit to key touristic places but not much of walk (20 mins average) so doable even with Kids. Breakfast is also good as compared to hotel offerings in the same range.

happened to find this place on our travels as we saw it had parking. Furniture, rooms, decoration and fittings were beautiful. and there is a pretty courtyard/garden at the back. Room was very comfortable and staff were very very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The hotel looks like a page out of Medieval history...be its exteriors, its staircase, rooms and decor...beautiful cozy rooms.. and beautiful breakfast tables!! The location is also perfect and most of the attractions are walkeable or a very short ride by taxi. We enjoyed the warm cozy breakfast at the hotel and the staff also were very helpful.

The staff is very helpful, the theme is super, rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious and variety is good too, the location is excellent, almost down town, a 2 minute walk to the bud station, which will take you all over the place in a shirt time. Worth the visit.

On our 12 day tour of Italy this was the most luxurious but well worth it. The rooms had high ceilings, chandeliers and plenty of original features. Genuine frescoe in the bedroom. We only stayed one night but I wished we stayed 2. Town centre only 15 mins walk away, but you go through San Marco which is a nice... More

My husband and I stayed here last year. It has no elevator, we had to bring luggage up 6 flights of stairs. Room was nice and clean. But service is awful. The woman serving in the dining room kept closing the door early, making the room hard to find if you don't know which it is. She was often upset,... More

My grand daughter & I have just spent the w'end in Hotel Liana & it was exactly as I remember from a previous trip - authentic, quirky & comfortable. While it's not the most conveniently located for a tourist on foot - it's a good walk from the city centre it's charming & comfortable. Lovely, helpful staff & I hope... More

We stayed here in June 2014 for 3 nights. Lovely old hotel with paintings everywhere, some framed on the wall and some on the bedroom ceiling! Lots of space, communal sitting room where you can make yourself tea and coffee and mosaic flooring and old/antique furniture all over the place but not a "posh" hotel. Good buffet breakfast and very... More

This was the second time in a year that I stayed at this lovely hotel, within an easy walk of the town center. My room was lovely, beautifully decorated, with a little sitting area outside. Breakfast was ample, with a wide selection of delicious food. Best of all was how helpful the staff was, especially Laerte and Federico at the... More
