My boyfriend and I stayed at this charming hotel during our summerbreak and we both really liked this hotel. The hotel is in a great and central place and near all the attractions. Everything was in walking distance which was very much to our taste. We have never met pleasanter staff than we did here. All the staff is really... More

This was a girls weekend break to Florence. We're in our mid/late 30s so have a certain level of expectation. Upon arriving the staff at reception were friendly. The hotel is deceptively big as the main door is in between 2 shops! On our way to our rooms, we went past the roof terrace. The rooms are quiet with a... More

Having spent numerous years visiting Florence, due to my husband's company, I had once gone inside this spectacular, small jewel of a hotel. This time, having my dear friend and her niece with me, we spent two perfect nights in what I consider to be truly a jewel of a hotel. Sorry to repeat myself, but I'm trying to make... More

This was one of 3 four star hotels we booked with BA. Unfortunately the BA standard rate equates to the lowest of the hotels 5 price tarrifs which is closer to 2 star accommodation. The room we were initially given was tiny, nothing like the TA reviews - a small double bed with barely room to walk around it and... More

This was a great choice of hotel. It's in a great location near a designer shopping area. Florence is a beautiful city and we were really pleased with our location: not far from the major galleries and a lovely square to sit and eat gellato. All staff were friendly and helpful and our suite was large, clean and full of... More

overall the hotel is good! but the lady who works at breakfast place is racist as she checks the room no. only for brown people so if you are brown you are out of luck😐 though the breakfast was good full of variety! the manager is helpful & changed our rooms too the next day.

Everything about this hotel is bad, except the location, on a beautiful street in Florence cloce to the main tourist attractions. The rooms are realy old, the hot water comes after 5 minutes, the breakfast was realy poor, the staff is not friendly. It looks like a 2 stars hotel. We will not come back.

Walt F While this hotel has a good location, it lacks anything else that would make it a desired destination. It is overrated as a 4 star hotel. The room was adequate. There was a rooftop bar that was quite nice. We didn’t have an opportunity to have their breakfast because we had to leave for an early morning train.

Stayed here for 3 nights .Wonderful room ,couldn't believe how palatial it was . Very clean and cool with air conditioning. Amazing breakfast. Very friendly staff especially the couple on the front desk. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. In a lovely area central for sight seeing.

This beautiful hotel is located in the middle of the best and nicest shops. We had the best view. We would open our windows in the evening to look out over the street as a horse and carriage galloped by, a older man played the accordion, a woman sang opera, and people strolled by giving them tips. It felt very... More
