Sooo close to the Ponte Vecchio and set in a lovely square, this hotel is quite lovely. Large spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms, really attractive and comfortable lounges and a pretty roof garden with stunning views. It was presumably a palace at one time in the past. There are lifts from reception but I chose to walk up the wonderful wide... More

This hotel entrance is right on the main shopping strip in Florence. From this location, you are a short walk from the river and a number of museums/attractions. I felt like we could run into fun any time we left the hotel. The hotel room was great for what I have come to expect in Europe. The room was larger... More

Room sizes highly variable. Ours Tiny(528). Old fashioned but comfortable decor throughout. Breakfast plentiful and afternoon tea nice touch. Staff helpful. Location couldn't be better. Pulled up outside in car despite pedestrian zone. Valet parking works well and quickly. A good base for experiencing florence.

The hotel is well designed, the rooms are huge and practical. The food (breakfast and dinner) is the only flaw - it is just not good. Oh, the location is the best in Firenze! Right in the middle of the shopping scene and very close to the city center (the duomo)

The hotel is located in a wonderful Mecca seeming like Rodeo Drive, shopping galore. The rooms range from wonderfully spacious to tiny. Make sure you book early enough to get one of the bigger rooms. The rooftop is lovely and the morning breakfast delicious. The service was outstanding. There was always someone to assist and answer questions or take care of... More

Clean, elegent authentic furniture decorated room. Bathroom large enough with both shower and tub. Excellent! location on an historical street. 10 minutes from train station...local attractions are all within walking distance. Breakfast reasonal selection of local and american continental buffet is included. Staff/Lobby are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and return.

This hotel was located in a fantastic location, walking distance to everything we wanted to eat, see, and do! There was a gorgeous roof deck covered with arbors of flowers as well which was perfect at sunset, there was also a quaint bar we could sit in for an after dinner drink. There was also complimentary breakfast every morning and... More

The hotel was a surprisingly good experience in Florence. I'm quite used to lower (affordable) quality hotels in such lovely places. The hotel interior decoration is great. Me and my colleague were given two adjacent rooms that were separated from the others (they had a common door through a small hall) which were probably suited for a family. The room... More

This hotel is located in a great location if you can put up with the room then this will work for you. We are not really picky on places but this place exhausted us on all sides between the room being tiny, air circulation was terrible with our room was a sauna for 2 days, we could literally hear everything...
