We had a great stay, the standard room was small with tiny closets, I'm definitely going back though, just have an upgrade in rooms. The service was also very good, and the concierge was helpful. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown especially the coffee.

This hotel is located in the middle of Florence within walking distance to everything including the train station. Right in the middle of the luxury shopping district and close to the Uffizi Gallery. It is an old Italian Palace- lots of stairs and cozy rooms. Luxury bath and bedding. Close to the Arno river and the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Not... More

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check-in time so our room wasn't ready. They encouraged us to sit on the terrace and relax while we waited. Once the room was ready, they brought our luggage to our room and notified us that the room was ready. The room was clean and there was just enough space.... More

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and I didn't think my first stay could get any better, but Tornabuoni Beacci impressed again. I really recommend getting the upgrade from a standard room to a superior room, it's really worth it. Our room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The last time we stayed here, the breakfast... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at this charming hotel during our summerbreak and we both really liked this hotel. The hotel is in a great and central place and near all the attractions. Everything was in walking distance which was very much to our taste. We have never met pleasanter staff than we did here. All the staff is really... More

This was a girls weekend break to Florence. We're in our mid/late 30s so have a certain level of expectation. Upon arriving the staff at reception were friendly. The hotel is deceptively big as the main door is in between 2 shops! On our way to our rooms, we went past the roof terrace. The rooms are quiet with a... More

Having spent numerous years visiting Florence, due to my husband's company, I had once gone inside this spectacular, small jewel of a hotel. This time, having my dear friend and her niece with me, we spent two perfect nights in what I consider to be truly a jewel of a hotel. Sorry to repeat myself, but I'm trying to make... More

This was one of 3 four star hotels we booked with BA. Unfortunately the BA standard rate equates to the lowest of the hotels 5 price tarrifs which is closer to 2 star accommodation. The room we were initially given was tiny, nothing like the TA reviews - a small double bed with barely room to walk around it and... More

This was a great choice of hotel. It's in a great location near a designer shopping area. Florence is a beautiful city and we were really pleased with our location: not far from the major galleries and a lovely square to sit and eat gellato. All staff were friendly and helpful and our suite was large, clean and full of... More

overall the hotel is good! but the lady who works at breakfast place is racist as she checks the room no. only for brown people so if you are brown you are out of luck😐 though the breakfast was good full of variety! the manager is helpful & changed our rooms too the next day.
