Hotel is 5 minute walk from the train station. We were surprised at how big the room was and decent bath as well. The hotel is located on a little noisy street which can be a problem if you are an early sleeper. Hotel is walking distance from everything and right next to a department store and a laundry. Lots... Room was larger than in previous places in Italy. Continental breakfast in simple dining room. There is no elevator and you need to lug your luggage up and down the stairs for upper rooms. Close to Leather market, train station and some other points of interest. Good Wi-Fi signal. Bathroom quite small.

This hotel is a great choice if visiting Florence for sight seeing. We visited in August and spent three nights here. The hotel is located very close to all the main tourist attractions but away from the craziness so you don't feel overwhelmed. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. The breakfast was also very good and the two... More

I loved my stay here. It was my first solo trip to Europe, and I could not have been in better hands. Walking distance from the train station and the Airport Shuttle. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful and convenient. And the staff was super nice and helpful. I really felt cared for. The room was simple and clean, everything I needed... More

Location- walking distance to the train station and to all the highlights in central florence yet the street where the hotel is located is nit crowded and noisy. Alot of resto to choose from around the area. Room- room is simple and basic but the bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. They fix and clean your room every day... More

Best hotel of my 21 days in Europe. Location: Walking distance to the train station saves a cab ride when arriving/departing. Florence is incredibly small, so you don't need to be "centrally located" to be able to walk everywhere. I returned 1-2 times each day just to avoid public restrooms. Staff: Absolutely amazing. They answered every question I had, such... More

Stayed here for a night with a GAdventures tour group. The staff were very friendly and spoke great English. We had around 15 people in the tour group so the boys were relocated to another hotel up the street. I thought this was great cooperation rather than trying to squish us all in. Me and 2 other girls were in... More

Friendly, family run hotel. Very clean. Have stayed there for many years and always get a warm welcome. Within walking distance of all sites and museums. A block away from San Lorenzo market and a quick walk to the train station. Owner has a great interest in art so it is decorated with many wonderful paintings, posters etc. Cheery environment in... It is within easy walking distance (5 minutes) of the railway station (and bus stop for Pisa Airport) even with luggage. It's also within 5 minutes of the cathedral, Accademia gallery and San Lorenzo market, and about 10 minutes to the Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizzi and Ponte Vecchio. As it is a cheap, 2 star hotel there are no luxury extras,... More

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and one of the best parts was that the hotel is perfectly located. It was just a short walk away from everything that you want to see and do in Florence. We arrived early and they held our luggage for us. The room smelled of cigarette but we left the window open and this... More
