It's a little difficult to find, but it's a great place to stay. Sara our receptionist and first contact wiht the hotel was a great help. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were really lucky to choose this hotel. The location is very good because you are like 3 min from Ponte Vecchio. Everything was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. This was a great hotel with amazing staff. The only negative was the wireless didn't work in our room and we had to go out onto the public patio for it to work.
