this B&B was really nice, not a hotel like other reviewers apparently thought. there are several rooms along the main corridor. we stayed in the superior deluxe, which was fantastic. we had our own bathroom and the bed was comfortable. staff were friendly and helpful. you don't book a room on holiday to spend all day in there, explore!

it's nothing like a hotel, it's a house!, except you have your bedsheets and towel changed ! we had a small room with a big bed, so it's comfortable as we don't stay the whole day in the room. It is a clean hostel, and although we had a shared bathroom, it was fine. Pretty close to the center, Florence is small anyway, so it is easy to get to main attractions. The staff is great, really friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay at Tourist House Liberty in Florence. The owner was modestly charming, helpful and available, though never invasive. Liked the location a little bit away from the hussle and bussle of the historical centre. My kind of place, will be back.
