I went there in sant Valentine´s day some years ago and it was an amazing experience. So quiet, romantic landscape, gardens and surroundings, great room, good king size beds, good connection to city centre, extremely relaxing, good service in reception , and also nice breakfast included. So i had a really pleasant experience with a beautiful hotel with amazing tipically... More

Very nice little hotel in 20 minutes walking distance from Ponte Veccio. Comfortable, big and clean rooms, most of them with nice views to the hotel garden (it is rather a park!). Florence can get quite busy and crowded, but in Villa Betania we always felt like being on a quite tuscanian wine hill, knowing that we were still in... More

We arrived the hotel by car at 12:00, for 4 nights. Got a very good room immediately by a perfect staff, at first floor, but there is no lift. Parking lot is OK and cost 5 euros per day, paid before. Better if lighted at night. Wifi is a little weak at first floor. Breakfast is very good. Best bed... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in the suite which was located in the back villa building . The room itself is very large , bathroom is awesome has a giant tub and is completely updated and clean . The bed itself is rock hard :/ think that was the only downside was it was probably the most uncomfortable bed... More

This is an excellent hotel from any view o purpose. I always travel by car and getting in to the Florence city center is a nightmare, but no any more, this is the best hotel even if you are not driving. You can reach de city center by bus, not expensive taxi (7 to 8 euros) or a 30 minutes... More

This well decorated hotel is set in its own garden about a 10 minute bus ride from central Florence or about a 45 minute walk (downhill!) to the Uffizi. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The location is quiet. The only downside is that there are no eating places in the very near vicinity although there is an excellent... More

We stayed for 3d/2n in this lovely hotel. Not too far from Florence centre ( took us abt 20 mins to walk to the centre. But note that there is an available bus that stops abt 100mts from the hotel which goes to Florence centre.) the bed was big and comfortable! The views from our windows was breathtaking! The staff... We stayed at this lovely villa for two nights after driving from Lucca. We chose this hotel as it was slightly out of the city and had parking facilities (5 euros per day). The centre of Florence is a bit of a walk from the hotel along a busy road. Walking down the hill into the city is fine, but... More

The hotel is located on a small hill, about a kilometer away from Porta Romana (old walls of Florence). From Porta Romana is almost another kilometer to the Ponte Vecchio, the heart of the historic center of Florence. Walk down the hill is not a problem, however, to return to it uphill could be a problem. However, there is the... More

We stayed there for 2 nights after driving from Rome. Since we had planned to visit Florence by car, we didn't mind being a bit outside of downtown. We stayed in a beautiful large room, a lot more spacious than european standards. Although there wasn't a lot of choices at breakfast, being able to have it in the garden does... More
