Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights on 21st of August and we absolutely loved it! When we checked in the kind man behind reception was so helpful! He got out a map and circled all the main attractions and bus stops for us! He also helped me up the stairs with my bag! Some people have complained... More

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is close to the city centre but far enough to enjoy a quiet wine out in the patio in the evening. Our room was very clean, beautiful and spacious. The staff were friendly at all times and made our stay comfortable every day! I highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel for a few nights in August 2014. It looks like a villa, much like the rest of the houses in this neighborhood, renovated into a hotel. You can reach the hotel by taking bus 11 from Scaletto bus station, which is on a big platform outside Santa Maria Novella train station. Bus tickets are available... More

Hotel Villa Betania is very nice hotel with super friendly staff. It is located inside a huge garden where you can feel the beauty of Toscana. The breakfast is much better than a average Italian hotel breakfast. It is important to note that the hotel is not in downtown. I would not say this is a con as we enjoyed... More

We stayed at the Hotel Villa Betania for a week and thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is well maintained and set in beautiful grounds. The garden is a major plus and there was nothing better for us than to spend the day in Florence centre and retire back to the hotel early evening... More

This is a hotel just outside the city, in a residential area. As we were travelling by car it was a great place to stay with parking (parking is not free 5€/day). The hotel is inside a beautiful garden, very clean and quiet. The public transport is close to the hotel but do not forget that during weekends buses will... More

Highly recommend staying in this small hotel. Very helpful staff, excellent location. No restaurant but more than happy to have us bring our own supper, provide glasses, ice etc and allow us to eat in the garden. Certainly will stay there again Lynn Davies

We stayed here for 3 nights and felt it was a good choice. We arrived in Florence by train and caught the bus to the hotel. The stop is close to the hotel gates but there is then quite a walk to the hotel down a gravel drive, something to be aware of if you are using public transport. The... More
