We stayed for our birthday this past weekend, and were treated phenomenally well by the hotel upon arrival and during our stay. The staff were excellently helpful, the hotel clean, and the location perfect. As others have said the uniqueness of this hotel really makes it something special. The character of this establishment is like something from centuries gone by.... More

This hotel is an old palazzo, the latest person to inherit it tried to run it as a gallery but switched to making it an all suite boutique hotel. The waiters in the breakfast room (a superb experience) wear white gloves and a grand chandelier is centered in the room. The reception staff could not be more helpful. Although you... More

Me and my husband choose this Hotel every year to celebrate our anniversary in Florence. It's the best way to live a dream, even just for a weekend. Amazing location, unique suites, very kind and professional staff.

This was our fourth stay at Palazzo Magnani Feroni since 2013. We spent the last two occasions in the Francesca Suite which has plenty of room for a family of four. The rooms in the palazzo are spacious, charming and decorated to a traditional Tuscan style. The staff are so welcoming and professional and provide a personal touch including a... More

My wife and I stayed in the Livia Suite, one of top luxury suites, in the off-season of late January. The amenities are top notch. Large and comfortable bed and lots of room to work (if needed) and relax. The included breakfast is full service and well done. The staff helped us with every need including booking rental car, arranging... More

My daughter and I stayed for a quick visit and had a beautiful suite on the second floor. We left to travel for a week and the hotel kept our suitcases until we returned to stay for a week in a first floor suite. Both accommodations were exemplary. The rooms were beautifully adorned with gorgeous antiques from the family's collection.... More

I have to say, I was quite surprised and in the best way. Our suite was SO spacious and comfortable. The service was first rate. We arrived early and left late, and the staff at the Palazzo took care of all our bags for us (and there were many) from the time we arrived until we left in the taxi.... More

Our 5th visit to Florence and we opted for something different and on the "other side of the river." Massive suite (more like an apartment) on the top floor was perfect. Fabulous location, impeccably clean and beautiful. So many extras: choose your organic soaps, tea/coffee service outside your room, turn down service with chocolates, silent nights, roof top terrace with... More

Had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Magnani Feroni in January, 2016. We stayed in Spoendida which is absolutely beautiful. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Charming hotel, wonderfully situated. We really enjoyed Oltrarno as a welcome respite from the very busy Centro Storico - and this during the off-season. Everything outstanding, although the breakfast is good, not great. We would definitely... More

Loved, loved, loved our experience. Service was excellent, the hotel, room and terrace were spectacular. A bit of a splurge, but very well worth it! Location was great. Don't miss if you are in Florence.
