Agreed this hotel is old and in need of some tender loving care, but it is clean. Disgusting and dirty it isn't. I'm not quite sure how anybody managed to pay 170 euros for a room, but some people have money to burn. This is a budget hotel in the middle of one of Europe's major artistic and cultural attractions.... More

I traveled with several college students to this hotel, and it was a delightful stay. The rooms are simple, but very clean, and the breakfast was a nice addition to the stay. There is WiFi and the staff is very accommodating to needs of tourists! A ten minute walk to the historic area, and plenty of affordable restaurants in close... More

This hotel charged 170 euros for one night. At that price, I saw no reason to see the room first, before accepting as they were nearly full. The room was shabby but clean. There were two substantial holes in the floor! The doors on a grubby shower unit were imovable without a struggle. There were various dirty marks on the... More

I don't ask for much when it comes to hotel rooms. I completely understand that older European hotels lack some of the ammenities found elsewhere - that's perfectly okay. But this hotel left me crawling out of my skin! Where to begin? Well, for starters, the mattress was STAINED! Really stained! I'm actually pretty sure my matress was moldy. There... More

My friend and I spent 2 nights at this hotel while visiting Florence. it's located in a quit area and very close to the main attractions and not so far from the train station. the staff was very helpful, giving us all the information we needed. reasonable price, breakfast included. I recommend this place.

Even though the hall looked a bit run down, the room itself was refurbished and clean. Very large bathroom with new appliances. WiFi was free but only available in the main hall. Standard buffet breakfast, nothing special. Location is great, walking distance to all major sights. Would stay there again

We stayed at this hotel September 2013 when we visited Florence, we were placed in this hotel for two nights, the room in which we were apparently newly refurbished and called the superior ... it is not so ... overall value for money you get a fair service, a perfect terrace which is worth more than any room especially when... I spent several days in this hotel in July 2013. The room was very good for a hotel with two to three stars and with reasonable prices. The air conditioning did work perfectly, the room was very clean and the bathroom was good. There was a little bit of traffic noise from the street, but that was not a problem.... More

This hotel is absolutely awful, the worst place I have ever stayed and I have travelled a lot!! Filthy dirty rooms, dinghy hallways, wi-if doesn't work, tiny, dirty bathrooms - I could go on and on and on. Will ruin your holiday if you stay here, I would never even consider it, if we had been there more than on... More

The three star hotel is situated not far from the railway station and close to city center . The service was great and the staff attitude were good . The room was cleaned everyday and the breakfast was excellent . Even I needed an Ipad charger and they had one and charged my Ipad through the computer . Worth the... More
