The hotel is very close to the station and far enough away from the tourists meaning it's possible to enjoy florence without the fuss if that's what your looking for. Would definitely recommend the restaurants around the streets of the hotel and the market hall is worth a visit. Breakfast was lovely and the staff helpful. I'd definitely return to... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 night for our honeymoon. The rooms are clean and the front desk was very nice. It was close to everything we needed to walk to. Only complaint was our room was close the the street where the market set up everyday, a little noisy but that's expected in the city I assume.

After traveling around Europe for 16 days, this was our least favorite hotel. Any time we entered or were in the lobby, we were never greeted or looked at. They weren't friendly. Breakfast was okay, again nothing special but adequate I suppose. The leather market was nice being next to the hotel, and it was right outside our room but... More

Just back from a city break with Jet2 holidays. Landed at Pisa Airport and used one of the airport buses. The journey took just over an hour and terminates at the Santa Maria train station.. Hotel is approx. 5 minutes from the station. We had a double room on the 3 floor which was of a adequate size, nice and... More

The hotel is well situated North of the Medici chapel, around 3 minutes walking with another 5 minute walk to reach el Duomo. The breakfast is satisfactory but nothing special. The room has everything you need at a comfortable price. The lights work by inserting your room card, a feature I didn't personally like. The staff were exceptional. In particular,... More

Old elevators that works well, typical Italian breakfast, the staff were good and very helpful. It might be a old hotel, but the rooms had class and very clean. Location was great only 200 metres from the train station.

Stayed 1 night for a quick visit to Florence. Rooms are adequate and bathrooms appear to be recently renovated. Staff is very helpful in providing maps and directions which provided for a spectacular evening exploring the city center. Central market is on the adjacent street with many kiosks and leather shops so if you want to shop this hotel is... More

It was just ok. The breakfast was pretty good, We had just stayed in a much smaller hotel where the staff was exceptional, and when we got to the Corona D'Italia, we had some (not all) interactions with staff where they seemed aloof. The room was clean, but small. The location was ok for this reason - it was far... More
