Noisy, hot, aircon didn't work, fridge was warm! Food (breakfast) was awful! We asked about aircon and fridge and I was just told that was the standard and that I should find somewhere else if I didn't like that! I believe for same rate you can find a much better hotel in same area, with working aircon, and more helpful... more

before you read this review, keep in mind my friend and i travel together a lot and we embrace the italian culture and we are not picky when it comes to comfort. we each have a really good intuition about situations and we have never felt such an instant feeling of uneasiness than when we walked into our room. I... more

We arrived in Florence after spending 3 lovely days in Lake Garda. This is quite the possibly, no hang on a minute it is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in. My lovely new wife also shares my views. We stayed on the 5th floor. No way on earth this hotel is 3 star. Room was very small. A/C... more

We arived quite late in the evening from Venice where we had a nice stay. Three of us myself , my sister and her partner. We had booked a single and a double room. The hotel lobby started to send warning signals but up we went to our respective rooms. As soon as I went into the room I had... more

We stayed here on our honeymoon, and it was the worst hotel of our whole trip. When I book hotels now, I think of this place and hope and pray that it is not like this place. Because of this place, I spend hours searching for hotels, reading reviews and convince my husband we should spend a little more on... more

We read the bad reviews too late, but figured it was just people being snobby. We're pretty easy to please, we thought. Dear god, what a dive. The only way this place is 3 stars is if they bribed someone. The rooms are small, the shower flooded the bathroom every time you used it and the air conditioning unit is... more

they don't know their asses from their elbows. i walked in on my second night in florence to find a new place to stay and the gentleman at reception showed me room 204 and told me it would be 120 euros for the following two nights. GREAT, i thought. but when i went to check in the next morning, they... more

Booked room online in Australia. I checked in and on inspection of room, I walked straight out; no way could I stay there. The room was tiny, and bathroom even tinier. Bathroom also had really bad odour. There is no way this is even a one star rating, so how they got a 3 star rating is anyones guess. Definitely... more

After reading the reviews I was naturally concerned, but decided to go along with the bookong and make my own judgement. I found myself very pleasantly surprised. My single room was clean and spaciuos. Furnishings basic but adequate. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The shower draining into an opening in the floor is not uncommon in... more
