You could not wish for a better location, touching distance to the Ponte Vecchio and walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, comfortable and unpretentious. Service was very good and the best feature is the rooftop terrace, taking breakfast there is the perfect start for the day, looking over the rooftops of Florence to... More

The only down side to this hotel is that we had to leave when our holiday ended. It's a brilliant hotel, exceptionally clean, comfortable and so central being seconds from the Ponte Vecchio. I completely agree with all the other positive reviews, there's nothing to find fault with! If you're searching for a hotel in Florence please look no further.

Wonderful location, can walk to all the galleries and museums. Good spacious room, comfy bed, plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Breakfast could be more inviting otherwise a really good value hotel.

Perfect location for the stunning city of Florence. Impeccably helpful staff, immaculate decor, easy to get to and from (there's a taxi rank outside), great views of the city from the restaurant area, classy lounge (with chess available - a nice touch). Couldn't recommend this hotel too highly.

Just the perfect location for a hotel, off the great canal bridge with market place around, the rooms are decent sized with good terrace breakfast options. Good and friendly staff. Enjoyed the morning breakfast at terrace for the view of city buildings.

I was very happy with this hotel. Stayed 6 nights and was impressed by the rooms, location and especially liked the rooftop bar. The hotel is in the city centre, everything is in walking distance - attractions, restaurants, supermarket - you could not pick a better spot. The rooms are newly renovated with a comfortable bed and nice, clean bathroom.... More

We only stayed in Florence two days so the location was perfect for us. Very central. The wifi had to be re-entered every 24 hours with a new code from Reception but it did work. Paid parking around the corner was handy. The room and bathroom were fine. The only negative was that we felt staff could have been more... More

Wonderful little hotel Just loved the roof top views whilst eating breakfast from a varied selection of plates available. Only a two night stay but felt very relaxed at the end of it all. Very handy for all the tourist attractions, exceptionally clean and tidy, many languages spoken by the staff . No complaints and would certainly return again

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The room was spotless, cleaned every day without fail, excellent and friendly service at the restaurant/bar with outdoor seating and a stunning view. The hotel is also within walking distance of almost all tourist attractions in Florence. I don't think I could fault this hotel and I would definitely... More
