Wonderful little hotel Just loved the roof top views whilst eating breakfast from a varied selection of plates available. Only a two night stay but felt very relaxed at the end of it all. Very handy for all the tourist attractions, exceptionally clean and tidy, many languages spoken by the staff . No complaints and would certainly return again

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The room was spotless, cleaned every day without fail, excellent and friendly service at the restaurant/bar with outdoor seating and a stunning view. The hotel is also within walking distance of almost all tourist attractions in Florence. I don't think I could fault this hotel and I would definitely... More

Excellent choice of hotel - we were very very happy with the hotel - location directly on the Ponte Vecchio Bridge a major attraction in Florence - cleanliness - food and the impressive views from the hotel Wine Bar and Restaurant of the Duomo and Di Palazzo Vecchio. The outside alfresco dining with the stunning views while eating or drinking... More

This hotel has to be in the best location in Florence. Ten steps and you are on the Ponte Vecchio bridge, so close to all the attractions and about a 10-15 min walk from the station. This is a very safe area and we were never frightened to walk home late in the evening/early morning. The staff were all friendly... More

What a beautiful place to stay and an excellent location. The double room we had was quite spacious and spotlessly clean. Every day the room was cleaned to a very high standard and toiletries and towels were renewed. The inclusive breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and coffee, tea, hot water or various flavoured teas. Having breakfast on the... More

We had a top floor double room. Each day the room was cleaned and tidied to a high standard. The breakfast was lovely (although the coffee wasn't great, we had tea instead). There are two terrace areas, one has a view of the Duomo so is naturally busier. There is a second terrace to the rear that is quieter. The... More

We are from Canada and we spent a month backpacking with our 2 daughters in France, Italy and Germany and the Pitti Palace was by far the best hotel we had during our journey. You cannot ask for a better location than the Pitti Palace to visit such a nice city. We enjoyed every minute of our 4 day stay... More

We decided on this hotel based on its location, and we certainly weren't disappointed. It is literally a few steps off the Ponte Vecchio! We had a fantastic room, which overlooked one of the streets, it was exceptionally quiet, cool and very comfortable. We spent 10 nights at the hotel and the room was meticulously cleaned each day. The staff... More

Located on the end of the Ponte Vecchio bridge, we had 3 nights here and the breakfast roof terrace, which is on the 6th floor you get unblocked views of the city, used as wine tasting and a bar at night so you get different views, no doubt we'll be back and would recommend to anyone.

This hotel is situated right at the end of the Ponte Vecchio. That means it is less than 10 minutes walk from the duomo, through some lovely city streets, and only 5-10 minutes from the Boboli Gardens in the other direction. The 6th floor terrace where you can have an excellent and substantial breakfast (and great cocktails at night) overlooks... More
