Beautiful spot, away from the central city and heat. Safe parking at hotel (with reservation) so convenient for excursions. Not close to downtown tourist activities but the hop-on-off bus as well as a regular bus line stop in front of the hotel. Good restaurant so no need to go to town (which would be time comsuming). Some rooms have great... More

I stayed for 7 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of the hotel. I had a huge room on the first floor with a balcony. The mini bar was full, although I only really drank the water and ate the peanuts. There was air con in the room at all times - necessary because I stayed at the... More

We stayed seven nights at the Park Palace. The staff was incredible and very attentive!!! Especially Laura helped with the language barrier. Laura gave us hugs after checking out. After being in Rome for four days this place was very relaxing! The room was very large and the pool was always clean. The breakfast was huge. We were over the... More

We stayed for three nights in June and found the villa and the rooms to be charming (but not luxurious). Both receptionist we met were extremely service-minded and friendly, despite being busy (they were helping out in the restaurant as well). The free wifi was very good, breakfast was OK, the dinner menu was limited, but the food was good.... More

What a beautiful hotel and in a great location. Just a 20 minute walk into town. The room was fantastic and the staff very helpful throughout. The breakfast was all fresh and a good selection. There was also parking too which was really helpful. And when we come back to Florence we will be staying here again!

We were pleasantly surprised with how lovely this hotel was. The hotel is a former Italian villa and still has the same feeling and ambience. The gardens and setting are beautiful and peaceful. You can sit outside on the big porch and over look the pool. Staff was extremely helpful and even gave us and early check in. This is... More

We stayed here for a week in the annexe and were very comfortable indeed. The hotel is an old villa set in very attractive gardens with a pool and a lovely terrace for breakfast or dinner. Our room was very spacious and had a very nice balcony, which did admittedly overlook the abandoned building site next door but was well... More

We had a most pleasant stay here. We were able to take bus 12 and 13 and see the sights and crowds during the day and rest at hotel in the evenings. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was a bonus after a long day. Special evening when we came in cold and they warmed us up with a... More

This hotel is superb. You feel like a millionaire from a 1970 Fellini film. It is set in a park near the gardens. Ideally you can drive here since there is parking and walk to all the sights. The rooms are large and are similar to the old Plaza hotel in NY. If you want to experience travel the way... More

We liked our stay as this small hotel is a converted old mansion set in a spacious park. Parking is safe and the daily charge is reasonable. The walk to Ponte Veccio is nice but we did it only once; otherwise we took taxis (approx. 12 Euro 1 way). Breakfast is - for Italian standards - not bad. I like... More
