Very well positioned, at a walking distance from the old (historic part of the) city. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is good. The rooms are a bit too small, but very comfortable and clean. A nice cost x benefit option in Florence

This Hotel is very conveniently located and you can also go for a walk to the near attractions to enjoy the lighting beauty. I stayed for a day which was good ... Breakfast was also good with staffs very courteous. Room was tidy.

My wife and I stayed here on a quick 2 day stay in Florence, and we're very happy Very nice room with a large bathroom with a wonderful tub! I wish they would add grab bars. Very nice staff and breakfast buffet was fine and plentiful. Wife felt breakfast was so-so, but I loved the croissants, ham and cheese. The... More

My wife and I stayed here after being stuck in Venice due to missing the last train, we called the hotel and let them know of our delay. I would say, this is amongst the trendy hotels in all of florence. The distance was a little far from the centre but with 10 euros we got to places quickly. It's... More

Stayed here as part of a tour of northern Italy. Nice lobby. Good size room. Good location 15 minute walk from old city core across from river. Dinner and breakfast buffets adequate not great. Our room wa quite far from the lobby. Good wifi. No power outlet in room - had to unplug tv.

Came here on a study abroad trip and had the WORST experience at this hotel. First room had NO heat and NO WiFi. This was extremely frustrating being students and not being able to contact other people in our group or family at home. We also had to sleep with jackets on because of the room being so cold. Switched... More

big modern hotel, after renovation is now better, rooms are very small, hotel is normally packed with tourist and business people, extremely noisy all day long nights included. Staff at the desk isn't very professional, no privacy and they share your information with anyone is around seen the confusion that reigns. For Florence is still a good value for money,... More

We stayed here for 2 nights on a tour group. Great location within walking distance to city's center, takes approx 25-30 min if you don't stop to window shop or eat. Tourist sites are within reach-Michel Angelo's David, Duomo, famous Uffizzi Museum and plenty of shops and eateries. Florence is known for their fine leather so we stopped by a... More

Large hotel on the Arno River a good 20 minute walk east of the Uffizi. Food is good and plentiful but NO public internet stations that worked! (and huffy staff when you ask for them to print your boarding pass!). This hotel hosts a lot of conferences (bridge tourney and business conf while we were there). IF you end up... More

This hotel was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our few days in Florence in part because of this hotel. I only wish that it were closer to the city center, but there are multiple bus stops near by with one only around the block. I would consider staying here in the future.
