My name is Monica Tapia, I am from Mexico and my experience in this Hotel was very pleasant. Remarkably, who made the total difference was the person in charge of the reception Mirta who with total kindness answered all of my questions, giving me the best advice and suggestions, her availability went above and beyond Excellent Customer Service!! "Very Friendly... More

Everything in this hotel is very basic and common. Really tiny double room for the 78 euro (6 euro is local communa tax for two persons per night). No closet, no safe, no desk, just a small night table. The only thing you will find in the bathroom/toilet is one towel and hair dryer. that's it. Noisy atmosphere, especially if... More

This hotel has an ideal location for travelers with car. There is a private parking and a bus station to city centre right in front of the hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Its a perfect place for a short visit in Florence with friends.

This is clearly not the best hotel in the world. The reception gives you a general idea of neglect. The man who was in charge where I arrived did not speak Italian but a sort of Italian mixed with Spanish. Room furniture is very essential, there is no real closet but only an open place where you can hang your... More

Stayed here for three days on a business trip. Easy to find in Florence's crazy traffic, good secure parking. Reception guys were very helpful on local info etc. Room was clean, aircon is a must as average temp was 33 degrees. Great little pizza place just around the corner. Breakfast was okay, usual Italian packet bread with no flavour, scrambled... More

This depressing hotel has stark rooms, no air-conditioning during the month of April, but if you open the window for a breath of air the noise from traffic and the airport will soon deafen you. Unlike any other hotel, they asked for payment on arrival, and when we found the rooms unacceptable they didn't seem capable of reversing the charges... More

The hotel has free wifi and the room has AC, which is great since Florence is hot and although its kind of far from the center, bus 22 is right in front of the hotel and takes you directly to the city center. But the hotel staff was not helpful.

I arrived at the hotel around lunchtime after driving down from Bologna. I didnt expect to check in but hoped to leave my suitcases in the hotel rather than keep them in my car when I drove into town as they were visible on the backseat and I didnt want to tempt thieves. I walked into the reception and went... More

When we arrived our aircon didnt work. It was only blowing hot air. We told them and they said it works we must just leave it on for 30minutes. It still didnt work. Then the next day it stopped working completely. No air at all and they say you cant open windows. We asked for directions to a supermaket and... More

The hotel is basic and clean, but the location is terrible. At night the neighborhood is frequented by prostitute and curb crawlers, it is off putting. This hotel is also booked by many bus tour groups. We had a family in the next room with 2 rooms, their toddler was in the hallway being noisy and banging the doors. The... More
