Nice hotel, clean and slightly old fashioned. Good room sizes and the WIFI worked well. The Breakfast was included but was not the best, the cake table often had ants crawling over it and there was not much choice. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and the restaurant closes at 10pm so not brilliant facilities... More

We used this hotel to stay only one night during our one week tour to Italy. Visited Florence from this hotel. This is a reasonable place with spacious rooms and good breakfast compared to other hotels in the same league. Plenty of parking spaces and hotel is situated in a good location. Overall we are satisfied.

We stayed there for one night on our to Rome. And thank god because I couldn't stay any longer. The hotel is old,the room small and the bath tiny.It wasn't very clean and the breakfast was awful.certainly not a 4 star hotel.the only good things was the free parking and the girls at the reception was very helpful.

Good location - about 15 mins bus ride to city centre - clean rooms, young and helpful staff at reception. Must add - I got my wallet back ( had forgotten it in the room) with all my cash intact after a week - Special thanks to Barbara from reception who managed to track it and keep it safely till... Security gate, wifi , parking , reception man excellent , rooms , lifts all good. The young girls in the breakfast room could do with some greeting courses. A smile on there dial would have been nice to see. The name on our reservation from travel agent wasn't the name of hotel . But we found it a hour later.... More

This is not a 4 stars hotel! And not even a 3 stars! I would not recommend it at all! The bedroom was quite dirty and the bathroom - no words (the sink was clogged, the bidet was nonfunctional). The only good thing was that the hotel provided us with a shuttle from the Hotel to the Central Station.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night in this hotel. We booked a 4 star hotel because we wanted to have a nice last night in Florence. The bed was terrible. Two very soft single beds next to each other. We asked the personnel if we could get another room, because we didn't like the bed. They told us that... More

I stayed in this hotel on business in October. I really don't know how this can be a 4 star hotel and is certainly not modern as describes on the hotel website. I would rate it as a 2 star and in real need of renovation. My main complaint about the hotel is the fact that the hotels aircon was... More

For me, there was nothing to praise in the hotel. Nut much to complain, either. The walls are too thin. You can hear everything from next door. The rooms are clean but the furnishment is old, and a little bit depressing. However the staff was friendly. I may consider staying in this hotel again, but who knows.
